The I’m A Celebrity star wore her brunette hair in a bun and finished the look with a pair of Miu Miu shades.

She was joined at the island’s exclusive Beachouse by husband Wayne, 39, and close friends Michael and Lisa Carrick.

Wayne and Michael are former Manchester United teammates and enjoyed a glittering period for the famous club, winning five Premier League titles together.

Lisa beamed in a stylish burgundy bandeau bikini as she waded in the shallows beside mum-of-four Coleen.

While footy legend turned pundit Wayne looked relaxed in a white T-shirt and backwards baseball cap back on dry land.

It was reminiscent of the Rooneys’ visit to the Cala Bassa Beach Club just days ago.

On that occasion, Coleen caught the eye in a blue bikini as she cooled off in the water while Wayne enjoyed a glass of rosé in the shade.

The relaxing getaway comes just weeks after Coleen’s WAG rival Rebekah Vardy was ordered to pay more than £1.4m in legal costs following their high profile libel battle in 2022.

In a statement after the hearing, Coleen said: “The ruling yesterday in my favour finally brings this claim to an end, it’s a relief and brings closure for my family and I.

“Throughout this long process, I am grateful that the judgements have consistently gone my way. However, as I have always maintained, this claim did not need to be made or run for as long as it did. The time and money should have been put to better use.”

The judge told the warring pair: “I do mean it when I say that I hope that this is the end of a long and unhappy road.”

Rebekah and husband Jamie Vardy have since put their luxury Portuguese villa on the market for a huge seven figure sum.

The couple are hoping to fetch £9.7 million for the massive and incredibly luxurious pad – which boasts three pools, a gym and six bedrooms.

‘Are you getting younger?’ cry fans as Una Healy sends pulses racing with stripped down snap for ‘fantastic’ gig

FORMER Saturdays singer, Una Healy has sent pulses racing as she stripped down for some “beautiful” snaps.

The former Saturdays star performed at Pride Cymru 2025 celebration last weekend.

Una’s fans went wild for her look at the gig[/caption]

The popular gig is a huge event that takes place in the country’s capital city, Cardiff – with Cymru being Welsh for the country of Wales.

The celebration is a highlight in the Cardiff city calendar with 50,000 flocking to the streets of Centenary Square to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.

The Tipperary beauty strutted her stuff on the main stage on Saturday, June 21.

Una looked fabulous as she stripped down into a custom made black corset.

The stunning piece featured a series of colourful rhinestones for Pride and had a deep plunging v-neckline.

The 43-year-old popped on a pair of black mini shorts with tassels attached.

The mum-of-two had a very glam makeup look on and wore her hair down curly.

She finished off her stage look wearing a long colourful matching cloak.

Una shared a video of herself getting ready backstage and performing with her backing dancers in front of the excited crowd over on Instagram.

She captioned her post: “Thank you @lgbtpridecymru.”

Friends and fans raced to the singer’s comment section to gush over her fabulous look.

One fan asked: “Is it just me or are you getting younger? You look incredible Una..”

Mark said: “Ahh the beautiful Una…..you look fantastic x.”

ALL FIRED UP

Claire commented: “Beaut inside and out.”

Another fan added: “Stunning.”

Recently, Una opened up about getting shot down by her former bandmates after suggesting a reunion.

The 43-year-old said that she would “totally” be up for getting back together and added: “I would love to.”

However, it looks like the pop stars won’t be following in Girls Aloud or Spice Girls’ footsteps with an official reunion is looking very unlikely.

Una explained that she attempted to reunite but the others didn’t seem to keen on the idea.

She said: “I’ve thrown it into the group chat a couple of times and it wasn’t really getting the… like, I actually put a GIF of a tumbleweed in because there was nothing.

“I put it out there. I think it was Girls Aloud when they got back, I was like, ‘Oh, see the girls are back’. and I was like, ‘Oh, I’m jealous. I wish we were back again’… nothing.”

Chilling moment machete thugs slash brave off-duty cop when he tried to stop them stealing e-bike in busy town centre

THE CHILLING moment machete thugs slash at a brave off-duty police officer after he tried to stop them stealing an e-bike in a busy town centre.

Two brothers who attacked a courageous off-duty cop with a machete while he tried to stop an e-bike robbery have been jailed for seven years.

Hannan Mahmood, 20, and Humar Mahmood, 19, of Luton, Beds, attacked PC Attwood in the city outside a shopping centre.

PC Attwood was with his wife when he saw the pair stealing an electric bike and stepped in to block their escape.

Dramatic CCTV footage shows the off-duty officer using a nearby plastic barrier to block the brothers from escaping — all while being slashed with a machete on November 2.

PC Attwood, who works in the Metropolitan Police Service, has spoken out about the incident for the first time and said: “I didn’t go into town expecting to be stabbed.

“The victim of the robbery didn’t go into town to get robbed. We were just doing our normal day-to-day activties.”

The horrific attack left PC Attwood with injuries to his arm and chest, which were fortunately not life-threatening.

The Mahmood brothers pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm with intent, dangerous driving, robbery, and possession of offensive weapons in connection with the incident.

They were sentenced today (June 23) at Luton Crown Court to a total of seven years in prison, with an additional five years on licence.

PC Attwood said: “I think if you put a uniform on – irrespective of what uniform – you have a hidden ability to help people.

“There is a saying that the police are never off duty and in my case at this time, that was true.

The public are safer as a result

Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley

“Thankfully we managed to stop someone from doing something bad to someone else.

“I would like to thank the officers of Bedfordshire Police as while they have said really nice comments about me, I have never had a chance to thank them back.

“I thank them wholeheartedly.”

Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, said: “Every day police officers up and down the country step forward to confront the most dangerous criminals in circumstances when most people would turn away.

“PC Attwood was off duty, on his own and without his personal protective equipment.

“But his instincts told him something wasn’t right so he bravely went to investigate and confront criminals armed with machetes.

“It is thanks to his courage and to the subsequent work of Bedfordshire Police that two violent offenders are now behind bars.

“The public are safer as a result.

“PC Attwood’s actions demonstrated the very best of policing – bravery, dedication, a commitment to service and a passionate drive to protect people.

“All of us at the Met are incredibly proud to call him a colleague.”

Detective Inspector Caeva Taylor from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit said: “PC Attwood was off-duty at the time of the offence and courageously stepped in to prevent any further harm to the public, risking his own life to do so.

“The Mahmoods now face a lengthy prison sentence and I am pleased that they are no longer free to carry out wanton violence on Bedfordshire’s streets.”

In sentencing, Judge Hunter KC thanked PC Attwood for his service and made an application for a High Sheriff’s Award.

Fulham set to enter transfer race for Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko who is available for cut-price fee

FULHAM are set to enter the race for Oleksandr Zinchenko – who could be available for just £10million this summer.

The defender is in the sights of several clubs having fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal.

The Ukrainian international, signed for £32m in 2022, is now thought to be surplus to requirements by Mikel Arteta and could be sold before the start of the Premier League season.

And that has put Fulham on red alert, with the Cottagers attracted to the ex-Manchester City star’s experience and versatility.

Marco Silva is keen to push ahead with a deal and although the Gunners value the player at £12.7m, the West London club think they could land him for around £10m.

Fulham think they could deploy him in defence or midfield as they look to build on their impressive performance last season.

A source told SunSport: “Zinchenko is a major target for Fulham. He looks almost certain to leave the Emirates this summer and there will be no shortage of takers.”

A host of clubs are reportedly interested in the 28-year-old, with AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund and Ajax all keen.

Reports last week indicated that Zinchenko, who is estimated to earn around £4.26m a year, could be willing to agree to move for around £3m.

Sources say that staying in London would appeal to Zinchenko, who is thought to be settled in the capital.

He’s been left frustrated by his lack of first-team action and is believed to welcome the idea of a move this summer.

‘I am just so happy to be at this point’ says beloved Dublin music icon as he finally becomes Irish citizen aged 63

THOUSANDS of new citizens were conferred with Irish citizenship today – including U2 guitarist The Edge.

The musician otherwise known as David Howell Evans, 63, was born in Essex to Welsh parents but has lived in Ireland since he was one-years-old.

Sitting literally at the edge of the row at the ceremony in Killarney today, and sporting a tricolour clip on his lapel, and wearing his distinctive cap, the famous guitarist appeared to enjoy every moment.

He smiled throughout and shook hands with his neighbours front and back after the oath of allegiance.

Becoming an Irish citizen could not have been more meaningful than at the present time, he said.

Speaking briefly to reporters afterwards, he described becoming an Irish citizen with so many others as “a monumental day for all of us”.

He said: “I guess, you know,  I’m a little tardy with the paperwork. I’ve been living in Ireland now since I was one year old. But the time is right. And I couldn’t be more proud of my country for all that it represents and all that it is doing.

“It’s showing real leadership right now in the world and it couldn’t come at a better moment for me so I am just so happy to be at this point to be in even deeper connection with my homeland.”

The application didn’t take that long and was quite straightforward.

He said: “A couple of years to deal with all the ins and outs. But it was actually quite straight forward.

“Honestly there were many moments in the past when I could have done it with just the form to be filled out but I’m happy it’s now.”

He added: “It feels more significant, it feels more meaningful.”

Asked why, the Edge said: “Because of what is going on in the world right now. What Ireland stands for,  it’s very powerful.

“We are talking really about showing leadership in the world, supporting our international bodies, the ICC, UN,  speaking truth to power. Really important what Ireland is representing right now.”

Asked if Ireland could do more, he said: “Can it do more? I think it’s doing a lot. I’m not sure there is much more it could do more to be honest.

“I’m not sure there’s much more it could do to be honest.”

Keep cool all night long with the genius hot water bottle hack & 3 other warm weather tips you need to try

THE hot weather is always welcome in the UK, and while it’s fun during the day, the nighttime is another story.

Trying to sleep in the heat is near impossible, and you end up spending most of the night tossing and turning in a sweaty mess.

Too hot to sleep? We have four hacks to help you snooze[/caption]

A hot water bottle isn’t just for the colder months[/caption]

Fortunately, many people have tips and tricks to stay cool while snoozing and they’ve been gracious enough to share them.

With hot weather expected later this week, you’ll want to take note of them.

One hack that kept coming up from users on Mumsnet was to use a hot water bottle, yes, even in the summer.

One wrote: “In praise of the cold water bottle.

“It’s just a hot water bottle filled with cold water, but it’s so helpful when it’s really hot.

“I’ve had the first one of the year tonight.”

Many agreed that the hack was vital to staying cool in the summer.

You simply fill the water bottle with a small amount of cold water and stick it in the freezer until frozen.

Then you want to place it at the bottom of your bed to keep you cool all night long.

However, you shouldn’t use the same hot water bottle for hot water in winter and freezing in summer, as it can weaken the rubber.

If you can, buy two hot water bottles and change them for each task.

Others were also quick to share their cheap hacks to keep cool at night as well.

One wrote: “Second this, I usually just wrap it in a very light cloth.

“Between that and stealing the cat’s cooling mat it’s very comfortable!”

How to survive six weeks of school summer holidays

IF you are struggling with the six week summer holidays, you've come to the right place...

BATTLING BOREDOM: Despite hours of activities and playdates, if your kids are already complaining there’s nothing to do, parenting expert Liat Hughes Joshi says: “Don’t feel you have to organise every second of the holidays. Kids benefit from boredom and learn to make their own fun.

“Boredom can trigger creative and imaginative play but you need to encourage kids to get used to not being told how to spend their time.

“Ride out the pleas of boredom. Counter it with comments such as, ‘What do you think you could do?’ and maybe have a list of ‘I’m bored’ activity ideas on the fridge.”

SCREEN OVERLOAD: It’s tempting during the holidays to rely on a digital babysitter but don’t let them gawp their whole summer away in front of a screen.

Liat says: “It’s unfair to expect older kids to power down but it’s important to set some ground rules.

“Set family tech rules together. If you’re often distracted by your phone, follow the rules too. Maybe tell the kids they aren’t allowed any screen time until they’ve done set chores, some exercise, or a board game.

“Are there times when you’d like to ban screens completely? Perhaps during dinner or when they have friends over to visit.

“Tech is a battleground for parents, but you have to set boundaries. Stand firm and be prepared to be unpopular.”

TOO MUCH TOGETHERNESS: You love your kids, but being with them 24/7 can be exhausting. Do not feel guilty if you need a bit of downtime.

Liat says: “If you’re juggling work and household tasks as well as occupying the kids, it’s normal to start feeling overwhelmed or jaded and in need of some peace.

“If you can’t afford or don’t want to send your kids to all-day camps, look for free kids’ workshops so you can get on with jobs or have a break for a couple of hours.

“Seeking a spell of quiet every now and then doesn’t make you a bad parent — in fact it will probably make you more positive and enthusiastic when you are with the kids.”

SCHEDULING CONFLICT: Schedules can go out the window during holidays, but late nights and early mornings can mean tired and unhappy children.

Dr Tamara Bugembe, paediatrician and founder of Helperbees.co.uk says: “Children get grumpy, test boundaries and become challenging when routines are broken.

“Sticking to some kind of routine during the holidays is a good idea.

“We release hormones at different times of the day and when regular meal times and bed times are broken, it causes dips and peaks in mood.

“Holidays are about having fun but an early night once or twice a week will make everyone happier.”

EXCESS ENERGY: Make sure kids get out in the fresh air to tire them out — and make them healthier and happier.

Dr Bugembe says: “Sunshine also tops up vital vitamin D levels which helps improve bone strength and energy levels in children. Our levels run low in winter so let the kids stock up in warmer weather.

“Letting them run around in shorts and a T-shirt is the best way to top up. Make sure they’re wearing sun cream, get outside and have fun.

“Encourage them to try healthy habits such as cycling and walking. They’ll hopefully get hooked and want to carry them on when the weather gets colder.”

“A couple of years ago I discovered the dog cooling mats, stick it under the sheet and enjoy full body coolness,” another added.

You can purchase these cooling mats, which don’t have to go in the freezer or fridge beforehand for as little as £5 from Wilkos.

Parents also offered their tips, and made the most out of the hundreds of muslin clothes they had lying around.

One mum said: “I give the kids a damp, very well wrung out muslin when it’s horrible and hot.

“They are magic for cooling you off, and if they warm up you just need to flap them about a bit and they cool down again!

“Perfect for getting to sleep with.”

‘I’ve started to enjoy football again’ – Ellen Molloy finding her balance after shock Ireland recall for USA friendlies

ELLEN MOLLOY was not expecting to find herself in America this month – so she is not going to try and second-guess where her future might bring her.

Molloy, 20, admitted that she was surprised to be included in the Ireland squad for two friendlies against the USA.

Tyler Miller/Sportsfile

Molloy was 16 when Vera Pauw handed her senior international debut against Ukraine in 2020.

A year later she was player of the match as Wexford defeated Shelbourne in the FAI Cup final.

She has learned since that football, and life, do not follow a straight path.

In September 2022, Wexford were in the mix for the league title, thanks in no small part to her 16 goals, when she tore her cruciate ligament. In her absence, they won just one of their last four games and slipped from first to fourth.

She was out for a year, swapping tips with fellow Thomastown native, Bohemians striker Colm Whelan, who had torn his ACL for the first of two times.

He lost out on a move to Lincoln City whilst she missed Ireland’s first World Cup when she might have made the squad.

A further 12 months later, she left for Sheffield United, against the backdrop of her grandmother Breda Roche having been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

The Blade facilitated frequent returns home before she passed away. The loss was acutely felt and, in January, Molloy decided to come home and rejoin Wexford.

There are no grand plans, just a straightforward objective.

She said: “I suppose I kind of put the enjoyment side of football first the last few months.

“I stripped it all back, took the pressure off and went back to my roots, I suppose. We’ve such a family atmosphere at Wexford and Sean Byrne coming in has been really good for the team and he’s kind of taken the pressure off me as well.

“I’ve started to really enjoy football again and I think you can see that in the way I’ve been playing.”

Aside from navigating a family illness and passing, Molloy admitted that adapting to life as a full-time footballer was not without its challenges.

She explained: “There’s a lot more to it than just playing football every day. Like it’s the time that you’re not playing football that you have to fill.

“I found when I had school, when I had studies, I had to really condense my time. When I was training, I was training, but I was able to switch off and I nearly found that works better for me.

“When I was in Sheffield, you train and you’re home at 1pm, and that was nearly your day done. And it’s not like you can go to the gym then because you’ve got all that done.

“I suppose different things work for different people. I do think I like to be busy and, so yeah, it’s just finding that balance and what works for me.”

LOOKING ABROAD

She is sufficiently aware, though, that if she wants to maintain a place in the international squad and progress she needs to be in a full-time environment and has not ruled out moving abroad again.

She said: “I do think the League is a bit away and there is quite a huge step up from the League of Ireland to international football. I’m just focusing on the next few weeks and see how it goes.”

And, in the meantime, she is doing what she can to try and bridge the gap between the domestic game and, potentially, lining out against Emma Hayes’ Olympic champions in Colorado on Friday and/or Cincinnati on Sunday.

She said: “You have to be doing extra. We train twice a week with the club so on Monday and Wednesday I would be doing a bit extra. There’s no real question over it, it’s just kind of expected.”

There is an intention to return to her Geography and P.E. course in the University of Limerick having deferred the second of the four-year course to move to England but that is about it when it comes to mapping out her future.

She said: “Who knows what can happen in the next few months or years? I’m just not going to look too far ahead.”
