There were ‘floods of tears’ in the winner’s enclosure as racing’s breakout sensation made his way back in following the devastating rout.

A staggering 82 per cent of all bets on the Supreme made through Oddschecker have been on the five-year-old son of No Risk At All.

While it was another novice hurdler of Mullins’ that had punters desperate to follow up at next month’s Festival too.

Final Demand, owned in part by Bravesmangame owner Bryan Drew, was a brilliant winner of the Grade 1 Nathaniel Lacy over 2m6f.

Mullins indicated he is likely to drop back in trip and head to the Turners Novices’ Hurdle next.

His odds have plummeted to 11-4 favourite for the intermediate contest over 2m5f won last year by Ballyburn.

And as good as Galopin Des Champs was in winning a third Irish Gold Cup, his odds have shortened while he’s been sitting in his box at Closutton.

Just this morning Gordon Elliott confirmed last year’s Gold Cup runner-up Gerri Colombe had been ruled out for the season.

While King George runner-up Il Est Francais was scratched from the big race ahead of tomorrow’s deadline.

Oddschecker’s Leon Blackman said: “The Dublin Racing Festival did not disappoint, giving ante-post punters a myriad of clues for the Cheltenham Festival next month.

“However, the story of the weekend must be Kopek Des Bordes, whose 13-length victory has catapulted him into favouritism for the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle.

“Some 82 per cent of bets have backed Kodek Des Bordes for Supreme success in the last 24 hours, with his price shortening from 12-1 to 6-4.

“He makes up one leg of a supremely popular treble from the weekend’s racing that includes Galopin Des Champs (Gold Cup) and Final Demand (Turners).

“That treble currently pays a best price of 12-1 across our platform.”

Jennifer looked incredible as she stepped out on air in a jaw-dropping white gown.

The 44-year-old took to Instagram after the show to share the outfit details with her fans.

The Irish beauty revealed that the stunning dress is from Darlo and it’s available to rent on the website for €120.

The frock was sleeveless and had a slit at the back.

Jen opted to style her dress with a pair of high heels and some standout gold jewellery.

The former 2FM radio host completed her outfit with a glam makeup look and wore her hair down in loose curls.

She captioned her post: “Dedication week was an emotional rollercoaster… Well done to all.

“Special shout out to the glam team of dreams who go above and beyond every time.

“Styled by the insanely talented @clementinemacneice. Make up by @sandragillenmakeup who is a dream. And hair styling by the magic hands of @siansharkeyhairstylist.

“A great night… Can’t wait for next Sunday.”

Jen’s fans and friends all flocked to the comment section to share their love for her look.

Celebrity judge Arthur Gourounlian said: “Simply angelic.”

Clementine wrote: “Fav look so far.”

Emma gushed: “Simply stunning.”

Jenny commented: “Wow my favorite dress so far. You look amazing Jen.”

‘AMAZING’

Another added: “You look amazing.”

The former RTE 2FM host recently said she has “zero regrets” over her shock station departure.

In May Jennifer broke the devastating news to loyal listeners that she would be stepping away from her 2FM radio post.

The Irish Sun later revealed that Jennifer left the role after a disagreement with station boss Dan Healy.

Since her exit, the mum-of-two has been able to spend more time with her family and enable her husband to expand his work.

Jen told RSVP: “I’ve been having a blast. I was on this kind of treadmill for a long time. It got to the 10-year mark and I said I could easily do another 10 years, but that wasn’t going to leave space for any other opportunities, family time and my marriage.

“I also want my husband Lau to spread his wings with work. It was a choice and it was actually a very easy decision to make in the end. I have zero regrets and I’m in a really good place.”

Is Prince William Britain’s Trump card? Secret plan for Wills to win over Donald Trump is revealed by insiders

PRINCE William could be Britain’s “Trump card” as insiders reveal plans for the royal to build a special relationship with the new President.

Royal experts have hinted the Prince of Wales could be the key to forging a better bond between the US leader and Sir Keir Starmer.

Royal experts suggested the PM may clash more with the President[/caption]

It comes as the PM and Trump spoke for around 45 minutes on the phone after the inauguration last month.

At the end of last month, Foreign Secretary David Lammy said Starmer will travel to Washington to meet his counterpart “within the next few weeks”.

Sir Keir Starmer also met with Prince William at Kensington Palace for the first time since becoming the PM shortly after the phone call.

Cameron Walker, Royal Correspondent for GB News, told The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show: “The meeting took place at Kensington Palace and I understand it’s protocol that once a year the Prime Minister would be meeting Prince William.

“But I think it was telling that it was as soon after the PM had a phone call with the new President Trump.

“We know that royal sources and his aids want to push William into this global statesman figure and we know the Labour government isn’t going to get on much with President Trump and the Republican party in the US.

“So, is the Royal Family going to be the British government’s Trump card, pardon the pun, to get the trade tariffs off the table and create a better relationship with the US.”

The Sun’s Royal Editor Mr Wilkinson highlighted how these are “new things” for Prince William to get a grasp of.

Bronte Coy, Royal Reporter, News.co.au, added: “We are in a time of great global change, there are massive shifts in dynamics and we do know that Trump on the record has talked about how fond he is of Prince William and he does respond well with people he has that relationship with, where he admires them, respects them, as he did with the late queen and does with King Charles.

“It makes sense that William will be pushed forward as well along with the King to maintain those lines of communication that are quite friendly.

“It’s going to be very useful for the UK Government because their policies and the personality of the PM is very different to the new US administration.”

Mr Wilkinson also threw out questions surrounding Starmer and William’s relationship.

Mr Walker suggested any common ground would be found in issues surrounding the environment and conservation.

“Whoever is in government, Prince William will know as future king, he will have to find common ground with every politician,” he added.

The Sun’s Royal Editor highlighted how it is beneficial for the PM to have a good relationship with the Royal Family.

Ms Coy continued: “If they can work together and have a good relationship it will only be beneficial to everybody, but especially the PM.”

Mr Walker added: “Starmer can only dream of the approval rating Prince William has at the moment.

“The latest YouGov poll has him at around 80 per cent, most popular member of the royal family.”

This comes as the Home Secretary warned on Saturday that US trade tariffs risk having a “really damaging impact” on the global economy.

Donald Trump slapped a 25 per cent levy on goods from Mexico and Canada, with ten per cent on Chinese items.

Retaliatory measures are expected.

Yvette Cooper said: “Tariff increases right across the world can have a really damaging impact on global growth and trade, so I don’t think it’s what anybody wants to see.”

She added: “We want to reduce barriers to trade, make it easier for businesses.”

Trump has also indicated that the EU could also be hit with tariffs on goods.

He also says Canada should become the 51st state in America to avoid the levies.

In a post on his Truth Social platform, he wrote the tariffs will be worth the “pain” to help create a “golden age of America”.

Sir Keir, who heads to Brussels for talks today said that he wants a “strong trading relationship” with the US.

But Reform leader Nigel Farage said: “Cosying up to the EU at the very moment Trump is putting tariffs on the world is a bad look.

“Starmer must use our Brexit freedoms, not surrender them.”

Trump and Starmer speak on the phone for first time in 45 minute chat and 'agree to meet soon'

By Noa Hoffman

The PM and Trump spoke for around 45 minutes, covering trade, the economy and Britain’s plan to spark a bonfire of growth-impeding red tape at the end of last month.

In his first call with a European leader, Trump discussed his love for the Royal Family and happiness at the return of British-Israeli hostage Emily Damari from Hamas’ terror dungeons.

The PM applauded the top deal broker for securing a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas – an issue his predecessor Joe Biden failed at for months.

A Downing Street spokesperson said: “The Prime Minister thanked President Trump for his kind words and congratulated him on his inauguration.

“The two leaders stressed the importance of the close and warm ties between the UK and the US.

“They agreed to meet soon and looked forward to further discussions then.”

The president also offered his condolences to Sir Keir following the death of his brother.

Hours before the call Trump gave the PM a surprise boost as he declared the Labour leader has done a “very good job thus far”.

The president confessed to having a “very good relationship” with Sir Keir, despite calls from his top ally and tech billionaire Elon Musk for the PM to resign.

On board the Presidential jet Air Force One, Trump said: “I get along with him well. I like him a lot.

“He’s liberal, which is a bit different from me, but I think he’s a very good person and I think he’s done a very good job thus far.

“He’s represented his country in terms of philosophy.

“I may not agree with his philosophy, but I have a very good relationship with him.”
