Shoppers run to Primark for new summer tracksuit – it comes in three colours and hailed the ‘perfect airport outfit’

SHOPPERS are racing to Primark this week after spotting a “cute” new tracksuit in store – and it’s only £22.

The two-piece set has already been hailed as the perfect airport outfit by delighted fashion fans.

So if you’re jetting off on holiday soon and need a comfy outfit for travelling, you’ve come to the right place.

And it’s stylish as well as slouchy, coming in three gorgeous colours that will match a tan perfectly – dark brown, sage green and cream.

The oversized T-shirt is priced at £10, while the tracksuit bottoms will set you back £12.

If you hate cuffed trousers, they’re the ideal pick for you too.

Modelling the new sets in the changing room, a member of staff at Primark’s Lincoln store said: “These T-shirt tracksuits are back and in the nicest colours yet! Who else wants all of them?”

The clip quickly racked up 19,000 views, with fashionistas loving the new arrivals.

“Need immediately”, one gushed.

A second cried: “Omg the brown!”

“Already bought it”, chimed in a third.

A fourth insisted: “Omg I need one!”

Meanwhile, a fifth added: “Oh very cute.”

But a sixth did advise: “Defo size down twice I would recommend. Mine is massive, I already went down one size.”

Elsewhere in store, shoppers have found a winning summer dress that’s floaty and great quality – and there’s a mini-me version too.

Amanda, the self-proclaimed “confidence queen” and size 14 fashionista, who regularly shares high-street fashion content online, has praised the Primark frock that’s super floaty and cool.

She modelled the sleeveless V-neck Trapeze Mini Dress, that’s ideal for holidays.

Thrilled with the white trapeze frock, which features an elegant tiered shape, the content creator beamed: “This one might just win me over girls, because there’s a mini-me.

“The quality of this feels absolutely fantastic. It’s lovely and floaty and oversized.”

The mini dress is available not only in white, but green too and is priced at £20.

Why Primark is great for looking expensive on a budget

By Clemmie Fieldsend, Fabulous Fashion Editor

AS someone who’s no stranger to grabbing a last-minute outfit from Primark for a night out, it’s about time that celebrities started catching on too.

For as long as I’ve been heading out, Primark has been my go-to for those “I have nothing to wear” moments, rushing in at the last minute to find something perfect.

And I’m definitely not alone – on any Friday or Saturday night, you’ll find plenty of shoppers doing the same thing, right before closing time.

But no matter what, Primark always delivers.

Now, Rita Ora is leading the charge, showing that you can snag a designer-worthy look without spending a fortune at high-end stores.

While Rita’s not rushing in last minute for a red carpet outfit, she’s proving you can achieve the same high-impact style for much less.

Looking stunning in her tailored suit alongside her mum Vera, Rita fit right in among the other A-listers dripping in Prada, Dior, and Victoria Beckham – if anything, she looked even better than some of the guests at The Fashion Awards.

With Myleene Klass and Roxy Horner already jumping on the Primark bandwagon, I’m sure more stars will be following suit soon enough.

Coronation Street star returns to soap in WEEKS as she makes U-turn on plans to ‘take a break’

A STAR of Coronation Street will make a huge return to the soap in just weeks.

The actress has seemingly made a U-turn on her plans to ‘take a break’ from the long-running ITV serial drama.

The veteran actress has played battleaxe Evelyn Plummer since 2018

Dame Maureen Lipman, 79, is beloved amongst soap enthusiasts for her role as Evelyn Plummer, grandmother of Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall).

In July last year, it was reported that the veteran actress was set to take an ‘extended break’ from Coronation Street.

At the time, her character was written out as she decided to embark on a new career and study law at University as a spokesperson confirmed she decided to take a sabbatical.

As such, she moved away from the cobbles to concentrate as she sought out accommodation in university halls of residence at the age of 78.

Now a source has told The Sun that Evelyn will be back in Weatherfield, and fans only have a short time to wait.

An insider told us: “As Evelyn went off to uni, it makes sense for her to pop back in from time to time.”

Fans saw her official exit storyline play out on-screen back in January after regular appearances on the show since 2018.

But during a TV appearance with Alan Titchmarsh, Dame Maureen also confirmed that she was not entirely done with the soap.

Appearing on Love Your Weekend, she admitted: “Yes, I have been signed up to do another year.”

“It’s good for you, it keeps you on your metal, my goodness me. I mean everything is still completely fascinating to me.”

However, in December last year, she told The Sun: “I’ll be absent for a while, and then coming back.

“I’m not going to die but then I’ll be in and out of it because I want to have a bit of a life.

“David and I are thinking of having a bit of a gap year.”

However, Dame Maureen also appeared to take a swipe at bosses, as she urged producers to take a ‘back to basics’ approach with storylines.

Coronation Street Spoilers: News & Cast Updates

The beloved British soap has been captivating audiences for decades.

The show follows the lives of the residents as they navigate love, loss, family drama, and community struggles.

Here’s the latest on:

Speaking on the Beyond The Title podcast, she remarked: “We’ve come to a point in Corrie now where people are getting murdered in knicker factories.

“We’re having domestic abuse. Anything that ticks the box of social problems in the 21st century is going to be in your local soap.

“Whereas back then you had the freedom to put Martha [Longhurst], Minnie [Caldwell] and Ena [Sharples] in the snug and have a conversation about Ben-Hur.

“It’s never been political but I always like it when the women sit down and go, ‘Ooh, Donald Trump, ain’t his hair shocking.'”

I’ll be absent for a while, and then coming back. I’m not going to die but then I’ll be in and out of it because I want to have a bit of a life.

She added: “All those wonderful expressions that your parents come out with.

“Like my mother saying, ‘Ooh, doesn’t a black skirt cover a multitude of sins.’ People talk like that, and we recognise it as true.”

Zelensky tries new formal look for crunch meeting with Trump at Nato as Don says war leader ‘couldn’t have been nicer’

VOLODYMYR Zelensky swapped his signature battlefield khakis for a slick black suit today – just in time for a high-stakes huddle with Donald Trump at the Nato summit.

Both leaders were snapped in deep discussion in The Hague, where Zelensky presented Trump with documents and battlefield updates from the frontlines of the Ukraine war.

Both presidents hailed their meeting as positive[/caption]

The outfit change didn’t go unnoticed – especially after Trump previously chided Zelensky in the Oval Office earlier this year for not showing up in a suit.

This time, the Ukrainian leader went full statesman mode in head-to-toe black, looking ready for diplomacy as he pushed for American air defence systems and co-production of drones.

Writing on X, Zelensky said: “We discussed the protection of our people with the President — first and foremost, the purchase of American air defense systems to shield our cities, our people, churches, and infrastructure.”

“Ukraine is ready to buy this equipment and support American weapons manufacturers. Europe can help.”

He added: “Putin is definitely not winning. I presented the President with the facts about what is really happening on the ground.”

Trump, meanwhile, described their meeting as a roaring success.

At a press conference following the Nato summit, he said it “couldn’t be nicer” and praised Zelensky for “fighting a brave battle”.

He also claimed Zelensky “wants a ceasefire” and hinted at personally speaking with Vladimir Putin to end the war, though he admitted the Russian leader has been “more difficult” than expected.

The face-to-face came on the sidelines of what’s being dubbed Trump’s “victory lap” in The Hague, after US-led B-2 bombings allegedly knocked out Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility in a dramatic weekend blitz.

“The bombing of Iran has reasserted US military power and showed the strength of America,” Trump said.

He also hailed Nato’s new five per cent GDP defence spending pledge as “historic”, branding it a “monumental win for the US” and a “big win for civilisation”.

As leaders gathered under the Nato and Ukrainian flags, Trump even joked about being called “Daddy” by Dutch PM and Nato chief Mark Rutte, saying: “He’s very affectionate. ‘Daddy, you’re my daddy’.”

While Trump’s diplomatic style was as brash as ever, Zelensky struck a more sombre tone, speaking of fallen soldiers and forensic efforts to identify Russian bodies handed back to Ukraine.

“I also informed the President about how the technical team’s meetings in Istanbul went, as well as the exchanges of prisoners and the fallen,” Zelensky said.

Elsewhere at the summit, Trump said the US may make Patriot missile systems available to Ukraine to help defend against nightly drone and rocket attacks by Russian forces.

The advanced anti-air batteries could be a major game-changer on the battlefield, if approved.

He also touched on fears of future aggression by the Kremlin, saying it was “possible” Putin harbours ambitions beyond Ukraine, in response to a question about US intelligence assessments.

The Hague event has seen Trump bask in praise for helping bring a halt to the recent 12-day conflict between Israel and Iran, with even his critics calling it a major moment of statesmanship.

“Israel fought a hell of a war, they fought very hard,” he said. “Both were satisfied to go home and get out.”

Zelensky’s meeting with Trump followed talks with the prime ministers of Denmark and New Zealand.

The Ukrainian leader continues to push Western allies for weapons, funding, and diplomatic muscle as Kyiv braces for a fresh Russian offensive.

DIY SOS star Nick Knowles, 62, kisses new wife Katie Dadzie, 34, onboard £2k a day yacht on romantic Ibiza honeymoon

DIY SOS star Nick Knowles kissed his new wife Katie Dadzie onboard a £2k-a-day luxury yacht as the newlyweds soaked up the sun on their Ibiza honeymoon.

Presenter Nick, 62, and his lingerie brand boss bride, 34, looked utterly smitten as they shared loved-up snaps from their lavish getaway.

Katie flaunted her figure in a skimpy orange and white floral bikini with a halter neckline and tie-side bottoms[/caption]

It comes just weeks after they tied the knot in a six-figure ceremony at Braxted Park in Essex.

In photos shared to Instagram today, the pair enjoyed a blissful day at sea.

Katie flaunted her figure in a skimpy orange and white floral bikini with a halter neckline and tie-side bottoms, while Nick kept cool in a white linen shirt and beige shorts as he took the helm.

The couple were seen beaming as they cruised the Mediterranean, with Katie later slipping on a white crochet miniskirt and stretching out on an orange towel to sunbathe.

They later jumped aboard a tender to head into shore, where they enjoyed a boozy beach lunch.

Nick, shielding himself from the heat with a woven western-style hat, was seen sipping wine in the shade.

The Strictly star wrote in his caption: “Wonderful time at sea cruising for a while on honeymoon.

“And yes we paid but think it was so well organised I should mention the crew Carlos & Patricia and the boat hire folks @charteralia.

“Lunch on Formantera was special but cruising the islands, swimming and sunbathing on a Cat under sail is something special.”

The honeymoon follows their extravagant wedding earlier this month.

Rumoured to be costing six-figures, the couple’s beautiful venue is the the same place Rylan Clark married ex-husband Dan Neal in 2015.

In photos from their big day, Nick wore a dapper pale pink tuxedo with black lapels, matching black trousers and a black bow tie.

In one sweet picture, Nick could be seen adjusting his friend’s bow tie to ensure everything is perfect.

Standing proudly next to Katie, the dapper groom chatted to guests while the photographer tried to shepherd everyone together.

Meanwhile, Kate looked relaxed as she smoothed back her hair while holding on to a glass of fizz.

Wearing a beautiful white gown with a large blue floral design decorating it, the sweetheart neckline accentuates her figure perfectly.

Accessorising the outfit with some bling, she added a diamond necklace and an extra ring and bracelet to her right hand.

The Sun previously revealed that Nick and Katie have splashed the cash for their big day, with insiders telling us it’s set them back six-figures and guests are in for an unforgettable day.

A source said: “Nick and Katie’s big day is taking place at Braxted Park, a stunning location in Essex.

“He’s invited all of his famous pals, including his Strictly co-stars so it’s going to be a proper showbiz bash.

“Katie’s dress is beautiful and is going to blow people away. Nick and Katie’s guests will be treated to delicious food and amazing entertainment – really no expense has been spared.”

Katie and Nick got engaged in 2023 after getting together in 2021.

They met when Katie’s daughters befriended Nick’s youngest lad Eddie at a play centre.

Katie was accused of being a “gold digger” by internet trolls when the pair went public with their relationship.

But Nick insisted lingerie firm boss Katie was “wealthier and more successful” than him.

Nick has been married twice before. He and first wife Gillian, who share children Tuesday and Charlie, divorced in 2000.

He then married Eddie’s mum Jessica Moor in 2012, but they split in 2016.

Nick is also dad to son TJ from his relationship with dancer Paula Beckett.

Nick was determined to get back to 100% fitness in time for his wedding to Katie.

The DIY SOS star revealed earlier this year that he was learning to walk again after suffering an injury on Strictly Come Dancing.

Ex-solicitor jailed for being ‘key component’ in scheme to change ownership of two Dublin properties with fake deeds

A FORMER solicitor who helped to change the ownership of two Dublin properties with fake deeds has been jailed.

Herbert Kilcline, 64, was convicted of eight charges following a trial last November.

He was convicted of two counts of using a false instrument, two counts of failing to keep records, and two counts of the fraudulent procurement of an entry into the Property Registration Authority’s registry.

He was also convicted on two counts of failing to apply the required measures as a designated person.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court heard that people were listed as registered owners although they were not entitled to be.

The offending relates to two properties: one on Phibsborough Road, Dublin, and the other on St Mary’s Road, Dublin 4.

Today Judge Sinead Ni Chulachain said Kilcline was a “key component” in the scheme and abused his position of trust with the Property Registration Authority (PRA).

She said Kilcline’s role was in “no sense peripheral”.

She added that his actions contributed to the losses suffered by the injured parties and had also put the integrity of the land registry system at risk.

Judge Ni Chulachain also said that this may not have been a “deliberate or calculated fraud” on Kilcline’s part, but his actions were reckless and went further than professional negligence.

The judge noted that Kilcline does not accept his actions were criminal and characterises them as professional negligence.

Imposing a two-and-half-year sentence, Judge Ni Chulachain said she had taken into account that custody would be more challenging for Kilcline due to his medical and mental health issues.
