‘Getting destroyed’ – UFC 317 fans all say same thing as Ilia Topuria shows off ferocious power ahead of Oliveira fight

An image collage containing 1 images, Image 1 shows Boxer sparring in boxing gloves

UFC fans all said the same thing after getting a glimpse of Ilia Topuria’s latest training footage.

The Georgian-born Spaniard is just days away from throwing down with Charles Oliveira for the vacant lightweight title at UFC 317 in Las Vegas.

Topuria, 28, will bid to become the tenth fighter in the history of MMA’s top promotion to win titles in two divisions.

And ‘El Matador’ looks to be in razor-sharp form ahead of Sunday morning’s Sin City showdown.

Footage of Topuria’s recent open workout started doing the rounds on social last weekend.

And scores of MMA fans couldn’t help but voice their concerns for former 155lbs champ Oliveira after seeing Topuria obliterate the pads.

One wrote on X: “Ilia Topuria hits like a f***ing truck.”

Another said: “Charles is getting destroyed, bro.”

And another said: “If that livershot hits, Charles is gonna p**s blood for one week.”

One remarked: “Poor Charles. Two rounds maximum.

Another chimed in: “I dont think I’ve ever seen such power in such a small frame.

“What most people dont realise is how good this guy is at energy management.

“He has perfect control of his gas tank which is where many fighters fail.

“I’m def punting a dollar or two for this guy to win it! What a specimen.”

Topuria vacated the featherweight title, which he won and defended against Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway respectively, earlier this year to pursue lightweight gold.

And he plans to become a two-weight champion in devastating fashion.

He said: “Charles is a great fighter.

“I’d say he’s a legendary fighter, one of the few still active in the UFC.

“But the truth is that his style fits perfectly with mine to put him to sleep in the first round.

“Because he has no mobility, he doesn’t move.”

Reason why there is no Glastonbury Festival in 2026 revealed

GLASTONBURY is in full swing and festival-goers will want to make the most of this year.

The iconic festival announced it will not be going ahead in 2026, and here’s why.

GLASTONBURY, ENGLAND - JUNE 30: People gather in front of the main Pyramid Stage during day five of Glastonbury Festival 2024 at Worthy Farm, Pilton on June 30, 2024 in Glastonbury, England. Founded by Michael Eavis in 1970, Glastonbury Festival features around 3,000 performances across over 80 stages. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and iconic Pyramid Stage, the festival offers a diverse lineup of music and arts, embodying a spirit of community, creativity, and environmental consciousness. Glastonbury will not take place in 2026, but don’t worry because the iconic festival will return (stock image)[/caption]

Organisers revealed they will be taking a break next year as the festival takes a fallow year.

This is a planned respite where the event does not take place, allowing the farmland to recover.

In turn, this will allow the natural environment at Worthy Farm to regenerate.

Glastonbury takes a hiatus every five years to avoid causing irreparable damage to the working pastures.

“The fallow year is important because it gives the land a rest, it gives the cows a chance to be out for longer and reclaim their land,” co-organiser Emily Eavis told the BBC.

Fallow year

Fallow years are common in agricultural practices, where farmers leave land unplanted to improve soil quality.

This allows the land time to replenish its nutrients, improving it for cattle grazing.

While the festival’s last official fallow year took place in 2018, organisers had to cancel two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid pandemic.

Co-organisers explained that Glastonbury was once again “due a fallow year”.

“Sustainability and the need to live in harmony with the land has always been vital to Glastonbury Festival,” Emily said.

“And I think it’s important because it just gives everybody a little time to just switch off”.

The fallow year also offers a break for the local community in the village of Pilton.

Environmental concerns

To further limit harm to the local environment, organisers have implemented a series of initiatives to reduce any waste left on-site.

A “love the farm, leave no trace” pledge has been introduced, which festival-goers are asked to sign up to when purchasing a festival ticket.

As well as this, single-use plastic plates, cups, mugs, and cutlery have also been banned on site.

Glastonbury 2025 - confirmed acts so far

TICKETS to the 2025 festival sold out in just minutes before some of the acts were even confirmed. Here is who has been confirmed so far.

  • Neil Young will headline the festival for the second time after his last set in 2009 on Saturday after RAYE makes her return.
  • Charli xcx will headline the Other Stage on Saturday night.
  • On Sunday, Olivia Rodrigo is due to belt out her hits for her first appearance while Rod Stewart will perform in the legends slot.
  • More acts to appear on the Other Stage include Loyle Carner and The Prodigy.

  • Other names confirmed include Noah Kahan, Alanis Morissette, Gracie Abrams, Busta Rhymes, Lola Young, Brandi Carlile, Myles Smith, En Vogue, Amaarae, Cymande, Shaboozey, Osees and Gary Numan.

Other prohibited items include glass bottles, flares, and Chinese lanterns.

“We are striving to leave as little an imprint on the land here as we possibly can,” said co-organiser Michael Eavis.

“For me, Worthy Farm is what life here is all about.”

Glastonbury 2025

Festival-goers have shared the “shocking” price they’ve forked over for pints at Glastonbury.

And a huge name has hinted at a surprise appearance on the festival’s main stage.

Meanwhile, Noel Gallagher has responded to Glastonbury rumours ahead of the highly-anticipated Oasis reunion.

Who is Deontay Wilder’s ex-fiancee Telli Swift?

AFTER being demolished by Zhelei Zhang a year ago, Deontay Wilder is set for two confidence-building comeback fights before eyeing a mouthwatering double-header with Anthony Joshua.

The former WBC heavyweight champ returns against little-known Tyrrell Herndon on Saturday, June 28, 2025 — Here’s everything you need to know about his ex-fiancee Telli Swift.

JMG Lifestyle
Telli Swift is the ex-fiancee of Deontay Wilder[/caption]

Deontay Wilder and his fiancee Telli Swift have a daughter together

Who is Telli Swift?

Telli Swift was born on January 24, 1987, in Zambales, Philippines.

She grew up in Japan and later moved to California.

Her real name is Shuntel, only taking on ‘Telli’ once she was famous.

She began modelling when she was just three and appeared in a variety of beauty pageants.

Telli is a reality TV star in her own right and is often seen rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous.

How they met

Telli met Dontay Wilder in 2015 — the pair began dating shortly afterwards.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun in 2019, Telli said: ““We met at LAX airport four years ago.

“We saw each other from a distance at check-in, then again at TSA, then he finally spoke to me while we were both going to our gates.

“While we were talking, my friend came — I just got out of the hospital from an infection in my leg, which I thought I was going to get amputated if the antibiotics didn’t work.

“I completely stopped talking to him and told my friend what happened with my leg and he left.

“Leave it to Instagram DMs — we got in touch with each other two weeks before my family reunion, which so happened to be in Alabama, where Deontay is from. The rest is history.”

Wilder was initially reluctant to propose, fearing he would get his heart broken again, but eventually did so on an episode of Wags Atlanta.

He said: “I love the girl, though. She got my heart. That’s my baby, that’s my best friend.

“Even though I know I got a real woman and I love her to death, I know that I could give my all to a person and still get f****d over.

“I’m definitely not closed-minded about it, because like I said, I found my best friend.”

The proposal, on February 15, 2018, was timed to coincide with their child’s gender reveal party, when they found out they were having a daughter.

Wilder and Telli’s breakup was public and acrimonious[/caption]

Break-up

Wilder and Telli’s relationship deteriorated over several years, culminating in a highly public breakup in 2025.

The split was marked by allegations of domestic violence and legal action.

In April 2025, Telli was seen moving on with NFL player John Johnson III, while she and WIlder were both embroiled in ongoing court proceedings.

In June 2024, Telli filed for, and was granted, a temporary restraining order against Wilder in Los Angeles.

It stated that Wilder must stay at least 100 yards away from Telli, their daughter, and her son until a scheduled court date in June 2025, which was reportedly on the 25th — however, nothing has been reported about the outcome as of June 27, 2025.

Telli accused Wilder of repeated physical abuse, including choking her at least five times since 2018 — once in front of their children — spitting on her and nearly suffocating her by pressing her face into a pillow, per TMZ.

According to multiple outlets, she also alleged that Wilder slammed her son’s head against a car, accessed her laptop without consent, sent disturbing messages to her contacts, used home surveillance to spy on her and threw her out of their Atlanta residence shortly after she underwent surgery in April 2024.

Telli claimed Wilder subjected her to constant ridicule, threats to destroy her belongings and coercive sexual demands, expecting intercourse “multiple times a day”, as reported by Marca.

She expressed fear for her safety, particularly after Wilder’s devastating loss to Zhilei Zhang in June 2024, stating that his emotional state and history of violence made her believe he could become physically violent upon his return.

In her application for the order, Telli said: “I believe Deontay is capable of being physically violent towards me upon his return in June because he has expressed that he is furious with me since April and has been physically abusive with me in the past.”

Wilder’s divorce from Jessica Scales-Wilder

Wilder married Jessica Scales in 2009 and proceeded to have four children with her — two sons and two daughters.

Their eldest child, Naieya, has spina bifida, with the boxer often calling her an inspiration as she battles the disability.

The three others are called Ava, Deontay Jr, and Dereon.

Wilder reportedly had an affair with Telli Swift, and eventually divorced Jessica in 2017 after eight years of marriage.

Since then, Jessica has kept a low profile, focusing on being a mum to her children.

Brits’ most underrated parts of a night out revealed including spontaneous photos and cheesy chips

THE most underrated parts of a night out are hearing your favourite tune as you walk into a venue, and a spontaneous group snap that actually looks good.

A poll of 2,000 Brits found partygoers also love someone pulling out surprisingly good dance moves.

BallzMobilez roll into Clapham alongside Love Island’s Indiyah Polack, celebrating the “in-between” bits of a night out[/caption]

As well as finally finding the pal who has gone for a wander, revellers also love sharing cheesy chips at the end of the night.

But the biggest vibe-killers are big queues to get into bars or clubs, someone starting drama within the friendship group, and having to pay for an overpriced taxi home.

The study also found 31 per cent of Gen Z hate forgetting their ID and getting turned away.

The research was commissioned by cult cocktail maker Buzzballz, following the launch of its new ‘BallzMobilez’ in Clapham, London.

Passersby were given free samples of the ready-made cocktail, as they were encouraged to celebrate the in-between moments of a night out.

A spokesperson said: “Every night out is different, which is why we love them, and the best ones are spontaneous.

“When putting on your glad rags, you never know what is in store for you and that’s the beauty of a night out.”

To get ready for a big night on the tiles, 76 per cent have an alcoholic drink on their way out.

With nights considered to start when getting ready (24 per cent), but for 12 per cent, it truly begins at someone’s house for pre-drinks.

With 40 per cent of Gen Z respondents claiming that going to an off-licence between pre-drinks and a bar makes the night more fun, compared to 19 per cent of all adults.

The tipple of choice for 29 per cent is ready made cocktails, but for 39 per cent it’s wine or beer.

Ready to drink cocktails are the pre-drink of choice for Gen Z, with 45 per cent saying this is what they’d grab for their in-between moments.

It also emerged the night out truly peaks when they are at the venue (47 per cent), although 13 per cent think the pinnacle is when they’re getting ready at a friend’s house.

The research, carried out via OnePoll, found 35 per cent prefer a spontaneous night out.

And 38 per cent feel random moments make the night out more memorable.

But 41 per cent said being too cold or wet would bring a close to proceedings.

A spokesperson for Buzzballz, which will see its BallzMobilez at Clapham Junction on Saturday from 2pm, added: “Spontaneous nights out are sometimes some of the best, and let’s be real, half the night is spent getting to the good bit.

“It’s important to keep the good times rolling, even if you’re not quite at the party…yet.”

These are the most underrated parts of a night out

1. Hearing your favourite song just as you walk into the venue

2. Getting a spontaneous group photo that actually looks good

3. That moment the whole group is finally reunited

4. Checking your bank account the next morning and the damage not being too bad

5. Getting ready together with mates

6. Fun journeys to the night out

7. Sharing cheesy chips at the end of the night

8. Random compliments from strangers in the loo

9. Not losing anything by the end of the night

10. Singing at the top of your lungs on the way home

Stunning convertible that Jeremy Clarkson says has ‘most brilliant engine’ is being ‘AXED’ after 7 years

AN iconic convertible that Jeremy Clarkson praised for having the “most brilliant engine” is reportedly being axed after seven years.

According to Japanese outlet Creative Trend, the beloved Lexus LC 500 is nearing the end of its production.

Lexus will celebrate the car’s legacy with a limited run of the “Pinnacle Edition” in 2026[/caption]

Despite the LC being heralded as one of the best-looking motors of the modern era by car lovers, the LC will reportedly be discontinued after the 2026 model year.

The popular Japanese manufacturer has been selling the convertible since 2018.

TFL car explained that while the LC has received a few minor updates along the way, what makes the motor is the styling, as well as its 471-horsepower 6.0-liter V8.

Clarkson told The Sunday Times that the LC’s engine “is just the most brilliant,” in 2020

The ex Top Gear star said: “The Lexus sets off on a creamy, seamless wave of horsepower, which fills your head with serotonin and dopamine and all the other brain chemicals you need to stay alive and intelligent.”

He has also praised the Lexus 5-litre V8 engine before when it was used in the GS F.

According to The Sunday Times, he likened the engine’s sound to a “lonely wolf,” and said he “liked it a very lot.”

Creative Trend reported that the automaker is sending out the LC in the home market with a special “Pinnacle Edition”

Lexus are only planning to manufacture 100 units each of the coupe and convertible, which will reportedly go to Japanese customers.

It plans to sell half of the limited run to current interested owners, and the other half to the general public.

According to the report, the coupe will have a matte silver look, while the convertible will be a Neutrino Gray with a sand-coloured top, however, images of the new vehicle are yet to be released.

It has also been reported that this edition will come with a carbon fibre rear spoiler, red break calipers, and distinct 21-inch alloy wheels.

This will be their last car to come out with a V8 engine

In response to this discontinuation, Yahoo autos said: “Far too many V8 cars are disappearing these days, including the Lexus LC 500, if a new report is to be believed.

“While it is sad news we would love not to be true, the writing has been on the wall for a while, so we are not surprised.”

The Sun has reached out to Lexus for comment.

I’m a pregnant benefits mum-of-four on and moving my kids to one bedroom for some privacy – trolls say I’m selfish

A PREGNANT mum-of-four has been slammed for moving all of her kids into one bedroom.

In a recent video posted to social media, the mum revealed she was moving her youngest son in with her three daughters to get some alone time before the next baby comes.

In the clip, she said: “We’re putting four kids in one bedroom. I am currently pregnant and to make room for baby, we need to put our son in with his sisters.

“Now this may seem absolutely crazy to you because it really does to me without any context.”

She explained that her daughters were in a double bedroom on a triple bunk bed, which had lots of space for their toys and clothes.

Nicole said her son was in her bedroom, but as he needed a bigger bed had to move out as there was no room for it.

Expecting hateful comments on the video, Nicole added: “And you know what?

“Screw what you all think because me and my husband are going to really thoroughly enjoy having our own room back before the new baby comes.”

She went on to add that the sleeping arrangement would only be for four weeks, as they had a big announcement coming up about their living arrangements.

“And in those four weeks we will actually be away for seven nights on holiday without being at home,” she added.

“So he really only needs three weeks in with his sisters.”

The clip has since gone viral on the family’s TikTok account @theaustins_1 with over 170k views and 4,000 likes.

People were quick to share their thoughts in the comments, while some branded the mum as ‘selfish’, others were more understanding.

One person wrote: “Buy a sofa bed, give up your room, and make downstairs your space.”

Another commented: “Stop breeding.”

“Give up your room, have a sofa bed and don’t be so selfish,” penned a third.

How can I get a council house?

To apply for a council home, you need to fill out and hand in an application to your local authority.

To find your local authority, simply use the Government’s council locator tool on its website.

Once you have access to your local council’s website, it should offer you guidelines on how to complete your application.

After applying, you’ll most likely have to join a waiting list.

Bear in mind, even if you are put on a waiting list, this doesn’t guarantee you a council house offer.

Your council should also offer you advice on how to stay in your current home and solve any issues you might have, such as problems with a private landlord or mortgage.

You are eligible to apply for council housing if you are a British citizen living in the UK providing have not lived abroad recently.

Each council has its own local rules about who qualifies to go on the housing register in its area, but it is based on “points” or a “banding” system.

For example, you’re likely to be offered housing first if you:

  • are homeless
  • live in cramped conditions
  • have a medical condition made worse by your current home
  • are seeking to escape domestic violence

Once you are high enough on a council’s waiting list, it will contact you when a property is available.

Some councils let people apply at the age of 18, while others let you apply even sooner at 16-year-olds.

EU workers and their families and refugees may also be eligible.

A council house is reached through a points system, so depending on your housing needs, you may be considered low priority.

The council will contact you about any available property once you are high enough on the waiting list.

There is no limit on how long you can expect to be on the waiting list.

Meanwhile, others were much more supportive, a fourth said: “Good idea, it’s important to have some time alone before baby gets here, enjoy.”

“Looks perfect to me? I don’t understand the big deal,” claimed a fifth

Someone else added: “For 3 weeks crack on. Siblings sharing isn’t going to affect them in any kind of way. Especially so young. It’s not permanent and they’re not in their teens!”

While the majority of sellers focus on vintage dresses, worn trainers and outgrown denim, a growing number have discovered a lucrative market catering to niche interests.

From used socks to worn intimate nightwear, the hashtag #iykyk (or #ifyouknowyouknow) has emerged as a discreet signal to some users, sparking discussions about the hidden darker side of the platform.

Seller Michelle Lopez, 39, from Ealing, West London, confesses: “I sell my pongy pop socks, unwashed pants and well-worn gym bras on online platforms including Vinted to make cash.

“It’s a naughty work around and I can make up to £300 a month if buyers DM me on Vinted or use Telegram with special requests.

“It’s not seedy, it’s building up my savings. I am proud of making quick money this way. It helps with the bills and for holidays.”

Items like slips, lingerie, and even nightwear are often accompanied by cryptic hashtags, directing buyers to private messaging accounts for further transactions.

‘Smellier the better’

One user is currently selling a red “slinky nightie” with the hashtags #ifyouknowyouknow #iykyk #iykykfeet for £15, along with their Telegram — similar to WhatsApp — handle, facilitating off-platform communication.

Despite selling unwashed clothing being against Vinted terms and conditions, Michelle reveals just how easy it is for covert sellers like her to go under the radar.

She says: “You describe the item as ‘worn’ and post a picture and list the brand as ‘worn’. Vinted members know they can haggle for prices and ask questions.

“Sellers like me add ‘DM me for questions or Telegram for details’.

“But Vinted is just one platform I use. The buyers are polite and easy to deal with. I don’t have to pay up to 20 per cent on Vinted, like I do on some specialist selling platforms.”

The actress, who lives with husband Juan Lopez, 36, a sound recordist, as well as her 17-year-old daughter and nine-year-old son, has no time for anyone who judges her for the side hustle.

“I am not ashamed of my unconventional side gig. No one’s getting hurt,” she says.

“People who buy the items know what they’re getting, and the dirtier or smellier the item the better. I price my well-worn and distinctive smelling items from a fiver to £30. It all helps.

“I am cashing in from clothing I’d be chucking in the bin. I know some people will criticise, but I don’t care.

“I’m just like many other Vinted sellers using the secret work-around code and posting methods to sell well-worn and unwashed items.

“I sell normal second-hand clothes as well, I’m not too worried Vinted will boot me off.”

Michelle is certainly not the only one. Fabulous has discovered numerous posts that appear to be advertising unwashed clothing.

One seller, for example, had listed a pair of worn socks with a seemingly innocent description: “New pink ankle socks nice and soft.”

But the addition of #iykyk at the end signals a transaction far removed from thrifty fashion.

Another account featured a pair of feet with pink toenails standing next to white trainers, clearly worn and listed for £5.

The description read: “White trainers have been worn as you can see from pics. Perfect summer shoe IYKYK.”

Similarly, a pair of pink thong bikini bottoms were on sale for £4, with the description revealing: “Pink high-waist bikini bottoms. Holiday Dubai Ibiza iykyk festival rave ravefit creamfields.”

The string of location and event tags, combined with #iykyk, strongly hints at where it was worn.

Nelsi Diaz, Intimacy Coach and Sex Expert at AI platform HeraHaven, explains: “For some people, doing this through platforms like Vinted, which are not made for it, can add to the excitement.

“Using ‘iykyk’ codes and swapping to Telegram might make buyers feel like they’re part of something secret, and that can be half the fun.

“The kind of hush-hush vibe can be more exciting than just going to a fetish site where everything’s out in the open.

“For some, secrecy is part of the turn-on.”

Michelle admits she caters to the specific needs of buyers who follow her on platforms like Vinted.

She explains: “I sell to foot fans — some have a foot, a stinky sock or clothing fetish.

“I never meet them, and I can sell a pair of smelly socks or underwear for up to £20. That’s three times what I paid for the item.

“Others have a pheromone fetish, which is a love of body odour. If I can pay the gas and electric bill flogging dirty socks like this, I will.”

A quick search of #iykyk on Vinted reveals countless suspicious listings, with some sellers openly advertising their availability for “extras” or directing buyers to other platforms for more discreet purchases.

Podcast Girls Overheard also spoke about this phenomenon in a video that has gained more than 240,000 views.

In the comments section, one viewer wrote: “Someone I know (air hostess) who has been kicked off Vinted multiple times, sold used tights and shoes. Has repeat buyers who contact directly and make good money!”

This growing trend has sparked fierce debate, with opinions ranging from outright disgust to acceptance of it as a harmless side hustle.

But it isn’t without risk, as Vinted claims to actively monitor and remove listings that violate its terms.

Yet the persistent presence of these items suggests this underground market is unlikely to cease any time soon.

Consent and hygiene

But beyond the platform’s rules, there are also broader ethical and safety concerns.

The lack of regulation and the discreet nature of these transactions could open doors to exploitation and raise questions about consent and hygiene.

Dr Philippa Kaye, a GP and author says: “There are dangers either wearing unwashed underwear or using unwashed underwear in any way.

“Underwear is often in a very warm, humid and moist environment so it’s a breathing ground for fungi and bacteria and other microorganisms which can cause infections.”

Michelle adds: “I know some people consider it seedy and gross. But people do know what they’re buying.

“I started doing it after lockdown, and haven’t stopped since. It’s great for making an extra bit of cash.

“Plus, I can do it from home and it’s completely safe.

“Last year I made £4,000 from it, this year I am on track to possibly doubling that figure.

“I know others will think it’s manky and gross.

“I am just trying to put my best foot forward, pay the bills and measure how my side hustle keeps growing.”

Vinted failed to respond to a request for comment.
