PAEDOPHILE teacher Jeremy Forrest has said he plans to be successfully removed from the sex offenders’ register.
Forrest was banned from working with children for the rest of his life and placed on the sex offender after eloping with a 15-year-old pupil he was teaching in 2012.
The former educator, then 30, triggered an international manhunt when he disappeared with the student, from Eastbourne, East Sussex.
He was sentenced to five-and-a-half years in jail and placed on the sex offender register for life after being found guilty of abducting and having sex with the pupil.
Police found them in Bordeaux, France.
He was then jailed in the UK for five-and-a-half years.
Forrest was wed at the time, but was ditched by first wife Emily after the scandal emerged.
He got hitched again after being released from prison — where he trained as a baker — and had been living with his second wife in Canterbury before falling for Jessica.
He has now left the marital home.
Forrest, who is also the front man in a rock band, is now believed to be living with his brother and sister-in-law in Sidcup, Kent.
The former teacher admits he “loves” his new life in the town, where he works as a baker, the Mirror reported.
When discussing the register, he said: “It’s up to other people, we need to see what happens.
“The plan has always been that [to be taken off it] with my liaison officer. That’s always been the plan.”
Since 2012, criminals on the sex offenders’ register can submit an appeal to have their case reviewed after 15 years.
Therefore, Forrest name could be rubbed from the list in 2028 if he is successful.
If he is removed, Forrest will no longer be required to report to cops, provide personal information, or adhere to restrictions to travel or internet use.
“I’ve not been in any other trouble. I have changed my life,” Forrest said.
“You always have to be mindful of past mistakes. That’s what it was. I’m always mindful of it.
“I’m mindful of what has happened before and how much attention there was in the case. I am very sorry.
“It’s a daily thing, I am reminded. For me, I get reminded of it.
“Usually I just walk away. It always comes out. I regret it all, 100%.”
Pearl Butterworth, 56, who was sexually abused by Rochdale grooming gangs aged 11, reacted furiously to his plan to be removed from the register.

He said: “As victims of child sexual abuse, we have to deal with it for the rest of our lives, it’s a life sentence – so why should Forrest not be on the register for life?
“It’s a real kick in the teeth.”
A judge said Forrest, a former maths teacher, had caused the girl’s family “appalling distress” and his behaviour was motivated by “self interest”.
Forrest went on to reveal there are many aspects of his former career that he was “grateful” for.
He said: “Certain aspects of teaching I really miss.
“It won’t or can’t happen again and I don’t mind that. I love what I do now anyway obviously. It’s good to have had that ten years.
“I know it did not (end) in a good way but the career change.
“It’s a great opportunity which I am grateful for.”

HEADLINING Glastonbury is considered by many artists as the peak of their success – and they’re willing to cough up some cash to prove it.
The annual event, which takes place at Worthy Farm in Cornwall, has been a platform for stars to showcase their careers, launch new music, and win over new fans in the process.
But it doesn’t come cheaply – particularly when you take into account the artists pay for spectacle they bring to the stage.
While Glastonbury does not disclose how much they pay their artists, some big stars have opened up in the past about how much they earn as a result of the festival.
Rod Stewart, who is taking on the Legends slot on Sunday night, has admitted he’s going to be LOSING money in order to be there.
Speaking to RadioTimes this week, Rod said: “It’s going to cost me £300,000 to do it and they only pay you about 120,000 quid. So it’s going to cost me.”
However, he said it “doesn’t matter” as it’s considered such an honour.
The same goes for the other headliners both past and present – with The 1975, who took to the Pyramid stage to close out Friday, spent approximately FOUR TIMES the amount they were paid for their performance, according to The Telegraph.
The band’s frontman Matty Healy was seen breaking down in tears towards the end of the set, with the headline slot being a life goal for the four-piece, who started out playing in mum Denise Welch’s garage as teenagers.
Last year’s headliner Dua Lipa reportedly had to do the same to make sure her set was one to remember.
According to The Mirror, Dua was allegedly given £200,000 for her headline slot – but funnelled it into the show itself with an elaborate set, backing dancers and crew costs.
But again, she said it was worth it, saying of the festival: “”There’s something about the community and the energy at Glastonbury that is unlike anywhere else.
“There’s a real sense of togetherness and closeness, and common language. You make these unbelievable memories and you make friends, and you just have stories for the rest of your life.”
Glastonbury has noted, however, that the fee number reported is “certainly not accurate”.
Event organiser Emily Eavis has previously revealed that Glastonbury offers a fraction of the going rate in a bid to keep costs down.
The festival have also long vowed to donate a large portion of their profits to charity, with Greenpeace, WaterAid and Oxfam among those receiving cash totalling a reported £2million a year minimum.
In 2017 – ahead of that year’s festival that had Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran and Radiohead headlining – she told BBC Radio 6: “We’re really grateful for the bands that we get, because they’re basically doing it for the love of it.
“It’s probably less than 10 per cent of what they’d get from playing any of the other major British festivals, [so] Glastonbury relies completely on goodwill.”
Ultimately, the artists get money back in other ways – particularly in streaming and tour ticket sales, all of which have proven to shoot up in the wake of their Glasto appearances, especially if it’s televised.
WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman has claimed Tyson Fury is still bitter about his defeat to Oleksandr Usyk.
Fury, 36, lost his high-profile rematch with Usyk by unanimous decision last December – a defeat that saw him announce his retirement for the fifth time.
The Gypsy King has claimed he is happy hanging up his gloves and spending some much needed time with his family after years of battling in the ring.
But WBC president Sulaiman, who has been in regular contact with the Brit fighter, claims that Fury is still holding on to his second defeat to Usyk.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Sulaiman said: “I call him regularly and he said: ‘Oh I’m so happy, retired, I’m here with my wife.’
“He didn’t hint whatsoever that he was planning on coming back.
“He told me he was not happy with the decision in the second fight with Usyk.
” He’s still very bitter about the judges’ scoring and he was very upset but he was retired, that’s what he said.”
All three judges scored the Riyadh bout 116-112 in Usyk’s favour, securing an impressive double for the Ukrainian.
Fury announced his retirement in January, but fans have been skeptical of whether or not the decision is final.

Russell survived the first session by the skin of his teeth as he squeezed through in 11th after a big error in the middle sector before ending up in fifth overall.
It was a disaster for Yuki Tsunoda at Red Bull’s home race as he suffered another early exit in Q1 in 18th.

Women’s world No.1 Sabalenka was coming towards the end of her chat when Djokovic surprisingly entered before it was his turn to face reporters in SW19.
Djokovic, a seven-time Wimbledon champion, was told Sabalenka was in the middle of her final response but cheekily informed the press officer that he was going to interrupt his friend’s conference.
The 24-time Grand Slam winner could be heard whispering: “Come on, let’s go, please” with a grin as he shocked Sabalenka with his entrance on Saturday.
Sabalenka smiled and said goodbye to the media, but then assumed the role of moderator and asked Djokovic about their recent hit at the All-England club.
The pair were filmed during a practice session earlier in the week as Sabalenka looks to win her first Wimbledon and Djokovic goes for an a record-equalling eighth title, alongside Roger Federer.
Sabalenka, 27, said: “You see guys, come in here then” before asking Djokovic to sit down in her seat, which he refused.
The US Open champion then asked Djokovic: “First of all, let me ask a question. What do you think about hitting with me? How do you see my level? Am I good?’
Djokovic jokingly responded: “I think you have the potential. You’re, like, a really talented player. You have nice strokes, good technique.

There could be some truth in Djokovic’s words of wisdom, as Sabalenka lost the French Open final to Coco Gauff last month.
The Belarusian said it “hurt to show such terrible tennis” in what she described as “the worst final I ever played” after losing in three sets to Gauff.
In her runners-up speech, the three-time Slam winner added: “‘I think she won the match not because she played incredible, just because I made all of those mistakes.”

OZEMPIC-PENIS sounds like a sexually transmitted disease you really wouldn’t want to catch.
But it’s actually a term that has cropped up online, largely amongst men on Reddit, who are saying they’ve noticed a change to their penis size as a side-effect of weight loss injections.
One anonymous user wrote: “I recently measured myself down there and noticed I gained about one inch.”
Another asked: “Increased size, anyone else notice?”
Weight loss drugs were first developed to treat type 2 diabetes, and Ozempic is still prescribed for just that.
Wegovy and Mounjaro, which are available on the NHS, and Saxenda, meanwhile are licensed for weight management, but only obese Brits (a BMI over 30), or those that are overweight (a BMI of 27) with a related comorbidity like high blood pressure or high cholesterol, are eligible for them.
They work by mimicking naturally occurring hormones, like GLP-1, that make you feel full, slow digestion and regulate appetite, leading to sometimes drastic fat loss.
The health benefits can be huge considering obesity can cause cancer, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer and more.
But is it too good to be true that the drugs can add inches to your penis as well?
We asked GP and men’s health and erectile dysfunction expert Dr Jeff Foster, Medical Director of Manual, to explain all…
THE short answer is no, but the drugs can certainly make your penis LOOK bigger.
“It’s true,” says Dr Foster. “You naturally have a small fat pad just above the base of the top of your penis.
“As you develop abdominal fat – and men in particular will develop abdominal fat compared to women, who put it on their bum and thighs more – you can find this small, little fat pad starts to become fuller.
“It appears, therefore, that everything has shrunk.
“It’s as if your penis has gone inside, but all that’s really happening is the surrounding tissue to your penis has become more protruded – the true penis size hasn’t changed.
“And in fact, about 70 per cent of your penis is external, there’s another 30 per cent inside that you just never see.”
Pre-Ozempic, some men found this illusion so upsetting that they’d be referred for liposuction to have the fat pad reduced.
“The removal of this fat pad just above the penis does make it look bigger, but the problem is, it’s not actually any bigger, it’s just the appearance of the outward area,” says Dr Foster.
Losing some of that fat pad as a side-effect of weight loss drugs can have the same effect though – and doesn’t involve a surgical procedure.
“It’s a win, isn’t it?” says Dr Foster. “You’re going to be healthier, and you might end up looking like you’ve got a bigger penis.
“I mean, no men are ever going to go, ‘Ah, I’m really worried my penis is too big’.”
“DEFINITELY,” says Dr Foster
“Fat increases oestrogen levels in men, and it also reduces testosterone and increases insulin resistance.
“All of those three together will have a really negative impact on your testosterone production.
“And if you haven’t got testosterone, or not as much of it, you don’t get a libido, you don’t get erections.
“So it’s really simple: by reducing your body fat, your erections get better, your sex drive goes up and you feel more manly.”
“IT could be one of your tools as part of an overall arsenal of treating erectile dysfunction (ED), but you wouldn’t use it as a primary treatment,” says Dr Foster, who says that crucially you need to find the root cause of the problem.
“The biggest cause of erectile dysfunction in men is still heart disease.
“If you’ve got narrowing of the arteries you can’t get a decent erection.
“Your penile artery is almost identical in calibre and design to your coronary artery.
“That’s how they discovered Viagra – it was designed for blood pressure in your heart originally, and they found it worked really well down below.”
He adds: “This is why we say to men, if you have got erectile dysfunction, find out why.
“The worst thing you can do is just buy some over the counter tablet without finding out why [it’s happening].
“We say that on average, if you have an arterial cause for erectile dysfunction, you have about a three-year window before something bad happens to your heart, like a heart attack – so really understand the cause.”
This is when weight loss drugs could make a difference, by supporting overall heart health, and therefore, erection health.
“If we think there’s a cardiovascular cause, then using something like Ozempic or Mounjaro could be amazing, because not only do you fix your erection, but you actually fix the underlying process that’s causing the whole thing,” says Dr Foster.
“It improves your heart and your penis.”
“I’VE heard the rumour that allegedly GLP-1 drugs may reduce penis size or have adverse effects on male health in general,” says Dr Foster.
“The theory behind it is whether testosterone or male wellbeing is affected by GLP-1s.”
He explains: “GLP-1s work by improving satiety, so you eat less.
“By doing that, you reduce body fat, but the other part of that, which we’re now seeing evidence of, is that if you’re not careful, you also start to reduce muscle mass.
“That’s the big worry, because on one hand, yes, you want to get rid of excess fat, but you don’t want to reduce your muscle because that’s not healthy for anyone.”
Loss of muscle can lead to falls, lack of mobility, increased fractures, and in older age, even premature death.
“[People] think that sarcopenia-effect (muscle loss) is because of lowered testosterone, but it’s probably not a direct effect of [GLP-1s],” he explains.
Muscle loss is a problem that should be managed though, whether you’re worried about how your penis looks or not.
“If you are going to be taking a weight-loss drug and want to maintain your masculinity, then you have to make sure you eat enough protein and do weight bearing exercise,” says Dr Foster firmly.
“You must do both, and that will help your erections, because we are starting to see the effects of weight loss drugs causing loss of muscle and that’s having massively negative impacts on male health.
“To maintain your testosterone, to maintain your erection, make sure you do some decent exercise, and make sure you eat enough protein, even if you don’t feel like it, because otherwise you’re going to lose more important things [than fat alone], like sexual function and muscle.”

KERRY Katona’s daughter Heidi breaks down in tears as she admits: “I saw things as a child I should not have seen.”
The Atomic Kitten star’s turbulent life has been well publicised over the years; from relationships to an abusive partner and financial struggles that left her bankrupt twice over.
But although she’s now turned her life around and is a millionaire thanks to OnlyFans, 18-year-old Heidi insists: “I couldn’t do OnlyFans. Mum has said I can’t do it either.
“It is not the route in life I want to take, I want to be a lawyer or a property developer.
“Mum sometimes struggles with men seeing her in that sexual way. I wouldn’t like that at all. I’ve not paid to see her pictures on there, that would be weird, but I know what she does.”
Heidi is speaking out today, in her first interview, to hit back at the critics who have called former Mum of the Year Kerry a “prostitute” and “trollop”.
The teen says: “They should realise Kerry Katona is now rolling in it – she drives a Lamborghini.
“I couldn’t be prouder of her. She has worked so hard. People forget OnlyFans is just a new thing; she has been singing, doing reality work and TV appearances for nearly 25 years.
“She has never stopped. She put us through private school, we go on amazing holidays, she just bought me clothes for the weekend.”
OnlyFans has helped pay for a five bedroom detached house in Cheshire, too.
Growing up down the road in Warrington wasn’t so luxurious.
Kerry, 44, grew up in foster care, did topless modelling and lapdancing to pay the bills before getting her singing break.
She has had her own reality shows, won I’m A Celeb, appeared on Big Brother and Dancing On Ice.
But that turbulent life has seen Kerry go to rehab for a cocaine addiction that was so severe she had to have nose reconstruction.
Heidi says: “I’d be stupid to even try drugs after what mum has been through – I know how destructive they can be.”
She was too young to remember Kerry going to rehab but she has always been honest with her kids about taking them.
Heidi says: “I am very, very anti drugs.
“At school there was this older boy, I thought he was cute until I overheard him say, ‘You know that Heidi Katona’s mum, she’s a coke head. She probably does drugs in front of her kids too’.
“I was upset, it was cruel; of course I’ve never seen mum doing drugs.”
But what she has seen is difficulties during Kerry’s relationships.
Kerry has children Molly, now 23, and Lilly, 22, with first husband Westlife star Brian McFadden and Heidi and her younger brother Max, 17, shared drug dealer dad Mark Croft.
Kerry’s third husband George Kay was father to her youngest daughter, DJ, 11.
Heidi, who has ditched the surname Croft for Katona, saw George as her dad.

Throughout our interview Heidi is upbeat, positive, chatty and straight-talking but it is when we mention George that tears come to her eyes – and she talks about the things she saw as a child.
George violently attacked Kerry and once even threatened to kill DJ by injecting her with heroin. They split in 2015. Years later, at just 39 he died of an accidental drug overdose.
Heidi says: “I am grieving for him. But I also saw my dad hitting my mum. She didn’t realise at the time how much I saw.
“That is not nice, it was horrid, and has an effect on who I am now. I saw things as a child I should not have seen.
“Mum sent me to a therapist but I don’t see the point of it.
“I try to be tough. Like mum I use humour to cover things up, but it’s not always easy.”
Petite Heidi has had to be tough when defending Kerry.
She says: “There was one time I was walking through Alderley Edge when a group of lads started shouting, ‘Your mum is a sl*g…a prostitute’.
“They started following me. I wasn’t scared, I was angry. Mum has always told me to tell people like that where to go.
“I respond to abuse by saying, ‘Tell your dad to unsubscribe then!’, or, ‘You know that Lamborghini my mum drives… your dad helped pay for that’.
“Sometimes I say, ‘Obviously, you’ve noticed that she’s rich? Yeah! She’s doing great’.
“I’ve never understood why someone would want to bully – or hate on – someone’s parents like that. It’s rude, plus, I can’t control what my mum does.”
Even pensioners have attacked Kerry.
Shaking her head Heidi says: “I was in a cafe, and this woman started chatting to me about celebrities and said, ‘Do you know who I can’t stand…that Kerry Katona, she’s a right tramp, a trollop on OnlyFans’. I didn’t say a word.”
Kerry and her, clearly intelligent, daughter are a joy to watch together; laughing and sharing jokes, with a relationship that looks more like friends than mother and daughter.

But their teen years couldn’t be more different. Kerry had started taking cocaine at 14 while Heidi only went out in Manchester for her first “proper” night out in February to celebrate her 18th because, unlike many of her friends, she “never went down the fake ID route”.
She says: “In the loos women were openly taking cocaine. They asked if I wanted some…no thanks! I thought, ‘If you want to do it, fine, but I don’t even want to see it’.”
And although she never wants to see her mum on OnlyFans she gave her backing to the idea when Kerry suggested it during Covid lockdown.
After speaking to her then fiance Ryan Mahoney, who she split from last year, Kerry sat her kids down and said: “I want to do OnlyFans – tell me if you have a problem with that’.”
She explained exactly what the subscription site was.
Heidi says: “Lockdown meant her other work had stopped. We all agreed she should do it, she’s a grown woman who makes her own decisions.
“She bought us all Airpods with her earnings. I thought, ‘This is great’.

“We didn’t know at the time that she was struggling for money. She has hidden a lot from us over the years.”
Heidi knows she is luckier than Kerry was growing up because “mum will never let us forget that”.
Now she has decided she wants to be famous and knows Kerry can help her.
She says: “People will scream ‘nepotism’ but mum can only open a door, I have to make a career work.”

Heidi, who has appeared on The Voice, has her head screwed on. She is also doing A levels in sociology, psychology and criminology and looking at universities but would love to sing or go on I’m A Celeb.
She doesn’t feel she has “enough life experience” for Love Island and wouldn’t want her mum seeing her kissing on TV.
But she would have had Love Island type lip filler – if her mum had her own way. Laughing, Heidi says: “When I was about 13 I told mum I wanted them done.
“So when I turned 18 she was like, ‘Right, I’ve spoken to the clinic, the doctor will do your lips… get them done, I think you should, they will look amazing’ I said, ‘No!’ I’d changed my mind. But she was like, ‘Go on. Why don’t you?’ For now I am happy as I am.”
Life in the Katona household does seem happy. But surely Kerry Katona star has some faults?
“Yes, she does,” laughs Heidi, “She embarrasses me in front of boys and I can recite her catchphrases before she even comes out with them.
“She can be so loud too…but then so can I.
“I couldn’t ask for a better mum. She’s my best friend – but I never tell her that or I’d never hear the end of it.”
Kerry’s first high-profile relationship was with Brian McFadden, who was then a member of the Irish boyband Westlife.
The couple married in 2002 and had two daughters together, Molly and Lilly-Sue, but divorce beckoned just four years later after infidelity claims.
In 2007, Kerry married Mark Croft, a former taxi driver.
Their relationship was tumultuous and marked by financial difficulties and accusations of infidelity.
They had two children together, Heidi and Maxwell, before divorcing in 2011.
Kerry has spoken openly about the difficulties she faced during this period, including struggles with her mental health and substance abuse.
Following this, she entered into a relationship with George Kay, a former professional rugby league player.
They married in 2014 and had a daughter, Dylan-Jorge (DJ). However, their relationship was fraught with issues, including horrifying domestic abuse, and they separated in 2017. Kay died in 2019 after ‘biting into a ball of cocaine’.
Kerry later found love again with Ryan Mahoney, a fitness trainer.
The couple became engaged in 2020, and Kerry described Ryan as a stabilising and positive influence in her life.
After increasing speculation late in 2024, Kerry revealed they had split over a “breach in trust” and Ryan had moved out of her home.
