LOVE Island’s sexiest ever Heart Rate Challenge sent hearts racing last night.
The Islanders put on a raunchy display, sucking fingers, stripping off and even spanking each other but ITV viewers have pointed out ‘proof’ that the challenge is fixed.
The infamous heart rate challenge made it’s return to the Love Island villa once again.
As part of the task, either the boys or the girls wear heart rate monitors as they are sat by the fire pit.
The Islanders then take their turns to dance on the opposite sex with either a strip tease or another sexy routine.
At the end of the challenge, the couple that raises the heart rates the most wins the challenge.
But as always, it’s a test of whether each contestant’s heart rate will be raised by the partner they are coupled up with or by another islander.
Now, after watching last night’s challenge eagle-eyed fans have spotted a major clue that it was fixed.
Many were quick to realise that there was no heart rate monitor to be found on any of the islanders.
Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) fans expressed their confusion, one user said: “Still trying to find the heart rate monitor on them? #loveisland”
Another added: “Mind you did anyone actually see a heart rate monitor on either of them????”
“And it’s another year we ask – does the mic double up as a heart rate monitor???” penned a third.
“Not one heart rate monitor in sight btw, Shakira don’t fall for this bait,” commented a fourth.
An ITV insider shut down the speculation however, telling us: “The Islanders definitely wear heart rate monitors and they can be seen on the likes of Harry and Ben in last night’s episode.”
22 year-old Shakira Khan was left dumbfounded after her partner, Harry Cooksley’s heart rate rose the most for love rival Helena with the pair exchanging raunchy comments throughout the challenge.
Helena left the boys reeling when she made a beeline for footballer Harry.
Kneeling on the floor, she suggestively sucked his finger as the boys were practically screaming.
Helena then whispered in Harry’s ear “I want to f*** you.”
He immediately told Tommy to pass it on to the boys afterwards, leaving Dejon is open-mouthed.
During his go, Harry whispered “do you still want to f*** me” in Helena’s ear.

SPANISH union bosses have issued an update after threatening to launch strikes in hotels across the Balearic Islands this month.
The unions threatened to blockade Majorca’s Palma airport and launch protests across popular tourist attractions in a major escalation to a dispute over pay for hotel staff.
And hotels, restaurants and clubs in the Balearic Islands were gearing up to be hit by walkouts as some 180,000 workers threatened a strike.
The unions announcement yesterday of chaos-causing demos in airport arrivals and departures led to last-minute talks with employer representatives and a 13.5 pay increase offer union bosses accepted.
And, just hours after threatening to blockade the airport on July 10, union bosses confirmed they have called off the Balearic Islands hotel strike that was due to affect Irish holidaymakers.
UGT Balears, one of the two main unions behind the planned walkout over five days in July, confirmed overnight: “The strike in the hotel and catering sector has been called off following the pre-agreement between us and hotel bosses for the new collective agreement.
“Salary increase of 13.5 per cent in three years, the largest increase in the history of the Balearic Islands.”
The Majorca Hotel Business Federation confirmed around the same time: “An agreement in principle has been reached and the UGT has agreed to desist from the strikes it had announced and cancel them.”
Second union CCOO is now expected to come on board along with employer representatives in the bar-restaurant and nightclub sectors which would also have been affected by strikes although to a lesser degree.
The final agreement sealing the eleventh-hour deal is expected to be signed next week.
The airport blockade threat is thought to have been key to the decision of unions and hotel employer representatives in Majorca to start negotiating again after the breakdown of talks and strike announcements last Thursday.
The UGT announced around midday yesterday a demonstration at Palma airport would take place on the first day of planned strike action on July 10 “in both the departures and arrivals areas.”
It added in a statement: “The aim is to ‘block these accesses’ to the Balearic capital’s aerodrome.”
It also announced demonstrations in other key tourists areas including Magaluf for the same day.
Walkouts involving an expected 180,000 hotel and catering sector workers in Majorca, Ibiza and Menorca had also been announced for July 18, 19, 25 and 31.
The salary rise over three years will see workers get six per cent extra this year, four per cent next and 3.5 per cent in 2027.
Last week an eleventh-hour deal was announced to avert the threat of hotel strike action in Tenerife and three of the other Canary Islands in the Atlantic archipelago.
The lifting of the strike threat in the Balearic Islands is not expected to impact on actions planned for this summer by groups protesting against over-tourism.
A massive anti-tourist demonstration took place in Palma on June 15, with government officials saying 8,000 people took part but organisers putting the number at 30,000.
Around 100 noisy activists banging drums surrounded upmarket eatery Cappuccino Borne next to a McDonald’s in the centre of Palma after their protest finished.
Protestors swarmed a table of dining tourists and chanted “go home” and “go to hell“.
Police moved in to ease tension as the demonstrators held up cardboard posters reading: “As You Come, I Have To Go.”
The protestors also chanted ‘’The Streets Will Always Be Ours’, Go Home’ in English and ‘No Balconing’ in a reference to the young tourists who have traditionally been blamed by islanders for the dangerous practice of jumping from Magaluf hotel balconies into their swimming pools or trying to climb between balconies while under the influence of drink and drugs.
The Balearics Islands Government vice-president Antoni Costa said afterwards their behaviour had been “unacceptable.”
A FORMER cruise ship worker has revealed the reason you may be approached on board if you’re wearing a black ring.
Lucy Southerton, 28, shared that the innocent looking piece of jewellery actually has a jaw-dropping hidden meaning.
Posting to her Youtube channel, the former cruise ship worker revealed that wearing black or pineapple themed jewellery on board a ship can indicate that you are a swinger.
Lucy, from Birmingham, revealed in the viral video, which has racked up more than one million views, that she discovered the secret whilst working in a spa on board a ship.
She explained that after seeing a couple wearing matching upside down pineapple necklaces, she complimented them on the jewellery, and asked what the meaning behind the fruit chains was.
The couple immediately erupted in to fits of laughter, and told Lucy: “Look, we’re swingers, this is how people can identify us as swingers.”
Lucy, who spent a decade working on board cruise ships, continued to chat to the couple, and learned lots of other secret swinger signs, such as wearing a black ring on your left hand.
She added: “There is a unicorn, which is basically a woman who wants to swing on her own – so wants to sleep with a couple.
“And then a rhino is a single man willing to swing.
“A mermaid is a married woman willing to swing with a couple on her own, and then rainbow is pretty obvious that they’re happy to swing with everyone and anyone.”
These codes are not official codes used by cruise lines, but are simply discreet signals within the swinging community.
She explained that as well as wearing these symbols as jewellery, some people also choose to place them on the doors of their cabins.
However, Lucy urged swingers on cruise ships to look out for other signs before approaching people wearing black rings, as this could be a simple “fashion statement”.
Lucy added that swingers commonly use phrases such as DDF which means “drug and disease free” and HMP, which means “height, weight proportional” and informs other swingers that they are not “overweight”.
She added that she came across swingers way more often on family cruises than she did on adults only cruises.
Lucy explained that she believes that swinging has become more popular on cruise ships in recent years because it is easier to find other people who want to swing on an enclosed ship.
SWINGING, also known as partner swapping, is a sexual activity where partners in a committed relationship engage in sexual activities with other people.
All parties involved must give explicit and enthusiastic consent.
Open and honest communication between partners is crucial.
Many swingers engage with a community or attend events specifically for swinging.

Now the star, who shot to fame as one The Nolan Sisters, is set to be a grandma for the fourth time.

WORTHING Lido is one step closer to being restored to its former glory as a prime beach attraction.
After years of the former lido being turned into an arcade and cafe area, there’s now a plan in place to save the 100-year-old building – and return it to its former glory as a seafront pool.
After nearly 500 people signed a petition calling to restore and protect Worthing Lido, MPs are taking action.
While the Worthing Seafront Investment Plan, released in 2022, revealed plans to restore the pool, little has been done since then.
So two local MPs are now trying to find several million pounds worth of investment to save the Grade II listed lido in Worthing.
According to the council: “The ambition for the Lido is focused on reinstating its swimming pool.
“The opportunity exists for the Lido to be a year-round attraction that will be protected from the seafront, whilst also creating a seamless experience between the pool and seaside by opening up the building’s façade and exterior.”
Worthing Council is hoping to emulate the success of similar renovated lidos elsewhere in the UK, like the Grange Lido in Morecambe Bay that recently underwent a £6.8million restoration.
The salt-water lido overlooking Lakeland Fells has been closed since 1993 with plans to refurbish it with £6.8million worth of funding starting in April 2023.
Similarly, the Victorian Bristol Lido was upgraded in 2008 and reopened with spa treatment, restaurant and even a poolside bar.
Other potential renovations to Worthing seafront were for a new and upgraded promenade and the installation of new beach huts.
Other details included the “creation of a Worthing Lagoon to enhance the growing water sports industry and provide a new attraction.”
The lido on Worthing Beach was originally built as a bandstand in 1925, and was later converted into a swimming pool in 1957.
In 1988, Worthing Lido was even used as a temporary home to dolphins from Brighton Sealife Centre.
The dolphins were relocated to the lido while their permanent enclosure at the Sealife Centre was undergoing renovations.
It’s now referred to as a “pool” because the swimming pool element was decommissioned in 1989.
A concrete slab was placed over it, and it’s now home to a cafe, arcade, and is used as an event space.
But some recent visitors described the lido’s arcade as being “very run down”, with calls for it to be restored to its “former glory.”
As reported by Sussex World,, Dr Beccy Cooper, MP for Worthing West, and Tom Rutland, MP for East Worthing and Shoreham, are working with experts on regeneration to investigate options for the council-owned structure.
Previously, two comprehensive Levelling Up Fund bids by the council had failed.
But there are other funding options to explore, like The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The petition, which was started by resident Elaine Deed, said it was “distressing to witness the sad state of Worthing Lido”.
She added: “Our beloved lido, once a symbol of local heritage, now stands in disrepair, marked by graffiti and perilously close to falling into the sea.
“The Worthing Lido is more than a structure; it’s an embodiment of Worthing’s rich cultural history and cherished memories, enjoyed in the past by locals and visitors.”
