BILLIE JEAN KING has told Wimbledon to change its strict dress code.
The all-white outfits at the Championships date back to the tournament’s first edition, all the way back in 1877.
GettyThe all-white outfit rule is synonymous with Wimbledon[/caption]
GettyPaula Badosa and Katie Boulter wore identical kits for their Wimbledon match[/caption]
In 1963, the All England Club officially introduced the law that players must be dressed in predominantly white.
These days, the ruling is very clear that clothes must be white, not off-white or cream, with a maximum 1cm trim of colour.
White was chosen for various reasons including keeping cool but also its history of elitism because it showed households had the resources to keep clothes clean.
But King – one of the founders of the WTA Tour and a huge campaigner for women and women’s tennis for decades – is calling for a big shake-up for another reason.
Suggestions have been made for tennis to do more to avoid kit clashes to help fans watching on TV distinguish who is who – similar to ‘home’ and ‘away’ kits in many sports.
CASINO SPECIAL – BEST CASINO BONUSES FROM £10 DEPOSITS
“Tennis people say, ‘Well, the mark is next to their name’ [to indicate who is serving].
“I shouldn’t have to look at a mark, I shouldn’t have to look at anything. I should know [who’s who]. My sport drives me nuts.
“They shouldn’t have the same uniforms on. They both have white on. You can change tradition.”
King even suggested tennis should adopt names and numbers to players’ shirts.
Football has had names for many years – and rugby and cricket have followed suit in recent years.
King added: “I’d have merch with their names on the back so they’d make money, the tournament makes money, everybody makes money.”
“We’re losing out on millions and millions because of that. Numbers are really important.
“Kids love numbers and they can retire numbers – like a Federer. It’s so obvious. Take what other sports are doing and what people like from other sports.”

THE contentious renaming of An Bord Pleanala to An Coimisiun Pleanala has cost just under €77,000.
New figures provided by the State’s planning watchdog show an outlay of €22,045 on new signage.
The €76,921 outlay also included a spend of €18,450 on architect consultancyGetty Images - Getty
This includes an external over-entrance sign and two corner projection signs with the new name at the agency’s Marlborough Street HQ in Dublin 1.
The €76,921 outlay also included a spend of €18,450 on architect consultancy which provided design, coordination and project management services for internal ground floor signs and external signage.
The spend also included €18,450 on a radio ad campaign; €5,380 on a new sign installation cancellation fee; €6,363 on newspaper notices and €3,637 on the change of name on the corporate seal and rubber stamps.
Sinn Fein Housing spokesperson Eoin O Broin called the expense “completely unnecessary as there was no need to change the name of An Bord Pleanala”.
When first mooted in 2023 in the wake of scandals at the agency, trade union Forsa opposed plans to change the name as it would amount to a “collective punishment”.
In correspondence with then Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien, the union’s Ian McDonnell said the Forsa branch within An Bord Pleanala had passed a motion “expressing their opposition to this proposed name change”.
McDonnell said that the proposed change “reflects negatively on all who work in the organisation” and is akin to “collective punishment of all (past and present) in the organisation.
O Broin said that as a member of the Oireachtas Housing Committee he tabled an amendment to the then Planning and Development Bill to have the name of An Bord Pleanala retained but this was rejected by Government.
Asked about staff’s attitude to the name change, a spokesman for An Coimisiun Pleanala said: “In terms of staff feeling on the name change, while there was some unhappiness about the changing of the name when it was first suggested in early 2023, now the name change has taken place, the staff and planning commissioners of the Commission have embraced and accepted the name change.”
He stated that “good developments are built on solid foundations and An Coimisiun Pleanala is built on the most solid of foundations, which is down to the part played by all former staff and Board members who have served with An Bord Pleanala over the last 48 years”.
REDUCING BACKLOG
As part of the bid to reduce the backlog in appeals, the number of senior planning inspectors at An Coimisiun Pleanala totals 60 at the end of June 2025 compared to 45 at the end of December 2023.
The appeals board now has two Directors of Planning while the number of planning inspectors has reduced from 39 at the end of last year to 35 now though five new appointees are due to start in July and August.
The most recent quarterly figures show that the number of cases on hand at the end of March this year was 1,369 which was down 878 or 39 per cent on the 2,247 cases on hand at the end of March 2024.

MYLES SMITH’s feet haven’t touched the ground since the release of his breakthrough EP You Promised Me A Lifetime last year.
In the last few months alone, the Luton-born singer has been named as one of Time 100’s most influential people, picked up a Brit Award, supported Ed Sheeran on his world tour and performed a huge show at Glastonbury.

As I chatted with him on site at Worthy Farm an hour after he finished, he had already filmed a segment for CBeebies kids’ TV and was on his way to be interviewed by The One Show at the Park Stage.
“Physically, my feet haven’t been on the ground a lot,” Myles told me with a grin.
“It’s been crazy.
“I’ve toured the world two times in the last year.
“Mentally for me though, it’s about being in the moment and enjoying the fact I’m getting to do the thing I’ve wanted since I was ten years old.”
The power of his hits including my favourites Stargazing, Nice To Meet Ya and Wait For You, are propelling Myles to stardom.
“I thought Time 100 had made a mistake,” he said with a laugh.
“Maybe it’s actually Time 1,000.
“I’m among Nobel Prize winners and scientists who have figured out the atom, which is pretty cool. I’m just really grateful for all of the work I’ve been doing and all of the messaging I’ve been trying to get out about funding in schools for music and being able to support grassroots venues.
“It’s about really changing the infrastructure landscape of music in the UK and the world.
“I think I’ve gone a long way in helping with that.”
Myles had to leave Glastonbury straight after his set to catch a flight to Stuttgart, to rejoin Ed on his tour.
Of his Woodsies stage performance, he joked: “It was the perfect balance of overwhelming and heat stroke.
“It’s so f***ing hot.”
Myles will be performing at Ed’s three homecoming shows at Portman Road in Ipswich.
He said: “Backstage it’s going to be rocking.
“It’s going to be wild.
“We’ve been in France, Germany and everywhere the last few weeks, and to come home and do it all again is incredible.
“To do it with the ginger legend himself is even better.”

My insiders backstage at American Express Presents BST Hyde Park tell me organisers pulled out all the stops for Olivia and her special guest Ed Sheeran to make her feel relaxed on Friday night.
“Olivia’s area had been decorated with wildflower plants to make it feel relaxing and summery for her and Ed,” my mole said.
“They even infused her water with strawberries to suit her tastes. But Olivia didn’t need anything special. She just chowed down on boiled eggs and toast before the show and hung out with Ed.
“Her team arrived in ten blacked-out cars with a massive wardrobe of clothing but Olivia just chose one outfit and decided not to change again.
“Everyone was talking about how lovely and low key both her and Ed were.”

MANCHESTER UNITED are set to miss out on MILLIONS after the launch of their new training kit.
The Red Devils announced their 2025/2026 training attire without a sponsor, with many fans calling it “embarrassing”.
Manchester United have suffered a huge financial blow amid the launch of their new training kitThe club’s new training gear is without a sponsor after they were unable to find one in timeUnited held a £24m-a-year partnership with Tezos, but the agreement has now ended
Sponsorship-wise, one brand will often sponsor the playing kits, whole another does the training kit.
But United’s partnership with Blockchain company Tezos, which was worth around £24million a year, came to an end on June 30.
And, on Tuesday, the struggling Premier League club launched their new plum shade kit for Ruben Amorim’s training sessions without any sponsor.
This means they are currently missing out on a huge chunk of revenue.
And fans were quick to call it out, with one writing: “Not surprising. There’s not many want to be associated with us.”
While a second raged: “Shambolic”.
Club sources suggested a new training kit sponsor would be agreed shortly after Tezos’ sponsorship ended.
But it’s also understood there is nothing immediate in the works to agree a new sponsor, according to Manchester Evening News.

The Tezos-branded training kit was worn byUnited‘s first-team squad for the last three years, and the logo also featured on kit worn by the women’s team.
Agreeing a new training kit sponsor as soon as possible will be important to help balance the apparently cash-strapped books.
United shared a series of photos of players in the new strip and other variations such as coats and jackets, including the likes of Luke Shaw, Mason Mount and Leny Yoro.
Wantaway star Alejandro Garnacho also featured in the promotion snaps, despite being placed on the transfer list and linked with a move away.
Last month, Matheus Cunha was pictured in a Tezos-sponsored hoodie in unveiling pictures after signing from Wolves.
But now any new signings are set to be pictured in sponsorless attire.
The news of Tezos’ sponsorship agreement ending comes after it emerged Marriott International would not be extending its 2019 sponsorship deal after its contract expired.
Meanwhile, Snapdragon continues to sponsor the club’s matchday kits, in a deal worth £300million over five years.
Amorim’s side start their Premier League season on August 17 at home to Arsenal.

THE SPICE GIRLS have rejected a personal approach by Louis Theroux to talk in his bombshell BBC documentary on girlbands.
And that puts him in an awkward position, since the Fab Five are considered to be the archetypal group and were supposed to be appearing in the show.
GettyThe Fab Five are considered to be the archetypal girlband group but they refused to appear in Louis Theroux’s show[/caption]
It was a different story last year when Louis and his production company, Mindhouse, made Boybands Forever for BBC Two and Robbie Williams freely recalled his turbulent time in Take That.
A TV insider said: “The difference is that the Spice Girls are fast approaching 30 years since the release of their debut single Wannabe and have a string of projects in the pipeline.
“Many of the issues that Robbie brought up on Boybands Forever were wholly justifiable and most viewers sympathised with his situation when he was in Take That.
“But none of the Spice Girls want to do the same, and they feel it wouldn’t be fair on their loyal fans to spoil the magic of Girl Power so close to their anniversary year.
“They want 2026 to be a moment when they celebrate the group’s achievements.”
The documentary, expected to be called Girlbands Forever, is likely to feature singers from other groups including All Saints, Girls Aloud, Sugababes, Eternal and Atomic Kitten.
As with Simon Cowell’s interview for last year’s Boybands Forever, some of the chats were expected to be done face to face with Louis.
But even a personal invite from the man himself couldn’t convince the Spice Girls to do what Robbie did on Boybands Forever.
U-turn
His appearance sparked further resentment between him and Take That’s former manager Nigel Martin-Smith, who also appeared on the show.
It is 30 years since Angels singer Robbie sensationally left the group and launched his solo career, just as Geri Halliwell did with the Spice Girls in 1998.
The remaining four members — Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Mel C and Emma Bunton — then officially disbanded in 2001.
Filming on the Mindhouse documentary is continuing without them, and is expected to wrap this summer, with broadcast likely in October.
I don’t think Louis should count on a last-minute U-turn by the girls before then.

40 YEARS OF CHRIS IN DALES
Emmerdale legend Chris Chittell, who plays Eric Pollard in the soap, has signed a new deal to keep him in the village for a 40th year
EMMERDALE legend Chris Chittell has signed a new deal to keep him in the village for a 40th year.
The actor, who plays scheming businessman Eric Pollard in the ITV soap, will mark his milestone in September 2026.
A source said: “Chris is Emmerdale and there was no way he wasn’t going to make it to 40 years. It’s such a big achievement and he loves being on the show as much as he did when he first joined. There are big things coming for Eric, well into next year.”
He first appeared in 1986, as a villain for just a 12-episode stint but quickly made an impression on bosses who signed him full-time.
He has been at the centre of some of Emmerdale’s biggest storylines including screen wife Val Pollard’s death in a helicopter crash in 2015.
Two years ago, his character Eric was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
ITV has commissioned The Dark, a thriller set in Scotland in which a detective hunts down a suspected serial killer terrorising a remote community.
Based on GR Halliday’s debut novel From The Shadows, it will start filming in and around Glasgow this year, with the aim of screening in 2026.

ANNA FRIEL looks remarkably fresh-faced in this peek at Jimmy McGovern’s upcoming new drama.
But the BBC series, Unforgivable, brings veteran screenwriter McGovern’s trademark grittiness as it describes a family dealing with the devastating effects of sexual abuse by one of their own.
Set in the writer’s native Liverpool, it stars Anna alongside Anna Maxwell Martin and David Threlfall, and will air later this year on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer.
It is McGovern’s first TV project since prison drama Time four years ago.
His previous hard-hitting dramas have included Cracker, Hillsborough, The Lakes and Banished.
CRIME series Sneaky Pete arrives on Netflix on July 10. Created by Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston, it stars Giovanni Ribisi (Phoebe’s half-brother in Friends) as Marius Josipovi.

Bake Off helped launched the career of John Whaite, her rival in the final of the BBC One dance show.
He won the baking contest in 2012 before becoming a TV chef, and eventually signing up for Strictly.
Since Rose’s triumph, and leaving EastEnders, she’s bagged roles in BBC dramas Ludwig, Reunion and Doctor Who as well as ITV thriller Code Of Silence.
She’s also about to star in a TV movie called Tuva. Channel 4 is lucky it found time in her diary to bake cakes.

A MUM has shed almost 5st in five months thanks to Mounjaro – and revealed it’s not only her clothing size that’s reduced.
Lucy, 37, started taking the weight loss jab in February when she tipped the scales at 16st 10lb.
TikTok @senmum.on.a.lossjourneyLucy was a size 22 and weighed in at 16st 10lb before Mounjaro[/caption]
TikTok @senmum.on.a.lossjourneyThe mum has now lost almost 5st[/caption]
The mum of three, from Greenock, Invercylde, now weighs just 11st 13lb.
She’s even managed to avoid the loose and saggy skin that has plagued other Mounjaro users thanks to a regular exercise regime.
And she no longer craves greasy takeaways or junk food.
Lucy – a full-time carer for her children, two of whom have additional needs – told Fabulous: “I had been trying to lose weight for years, but struggled to lose more then 10lbs.
“At Christmas it reached the point I was a size 22 and clothes were tight. This is when I started doing research on Mounjaro as I had seen online amazing results.
“I didn’t have a specific target weight. I wanted to be a size 12/14 but I have no desire to be really skinny as I do like being curvy.
“I am very open and everyone knows I am on Mounjaro, a lot of my friends are too. And we support each others journeys.”
Mounjaro, which is known as the King Kong of weight loss jabs, works by suppressing the appetite and making people feel fuller for longer.
Such injections are licensed for patients with type 2 diabetes and to assist those who are clinically obese – with a Body Mass Index of 30 or over.
One jab is administered each week but the duration is dependent on a person’s weight.
The drugs can be lawfully supplied only when prescribed by a practitioner – like a doctor, nurse or a pharmacist-independent prescriber.
Recalling her journey so far, Lucy said: “I perhaps didn’t do what most people do and move up doses every four weeks.
“I stayed on the starting dose of 2.5mg for 17 weeks and lost it slow and steady.
“I attempted the 5mg but I didn’t like the amount of suppression it gave, I could barely eat, and that’s not the mindset I want.
“I want to have slight suppression so that I am making my own choice what to eat.
“I am back on the 2.5mg and using it as a maintenance dose, but do plan to stop after the summer holidays and maintain on my own.”

TikTok @senmum.on.a.lossjourneyShe hails her ‘slow and steady’ approach for being so successful in her Mounjaro journey[/caption]
She added: “Since losing all the weight my relationship with food is completely different.
“Anything greasy turns my stomach, I have attempted a Chinese and I was sick after it, so have completely avoided takeaways.
“I don’t miss any snacks and treats, I just don’t think about food as much.
Shoe knew?
Lucy documents her Mounjaro journey on TikTok (@senmum.on.a.lossjourney) where she is very honest about her mindset and progress.
While she says her experience has been overwhelmingly positive, she has had side effects including sickness and sore heads.
She was also forced to chop her locks into a bob and start taking vitamins due to hair loss.
But it’s a lesser-known side benefit that left her stunned on her weight loss journey.
What to do if you lose too much weight too quickly whilst on Mounjaro
IF you're losing too much weight too quickly while on Mounjaro, it’s important to take action to avoid potential health risks like muscle loss, malnutrition, dehydration, and fatigue. Here’s what you can do:
Evaluate Your Caloric Intake
Mounjaro reduces appetite, which can make it easy to eat too little. If you’re losing weight too fast (more than two to three lbs per week after the initial adjustment period), try:
Tracking your food intake to ensure you’re eating enough calories (apps like MyFitnessPal can help).
Increasing protein intake to preserve muscle mass (aim for 0.6–1g per pound of body weight).
Adding healthy fats and complex carbs (e.g., avocados, nuts, whole grains) for balanced energy.
Adjust Your Dosage (With Doctor’s Approval)
If your weight loss is too rapid or causing side effects, your doctor may:
Pause dose increases or lower your dosage.
Adjust your treatment plan to stabilise your weight loss.
Strength Training & Exercise
To prevent muscle loss:
Incorporate resistance training at least two to three times per week.
Stay active with low-impact exercises like walking or yoga.
Hydrate & Manage Electrolytes
Drink enough water (Mounjaro can reduce thirst).
Electrolytes matter – Consider adding magnesium, sodium, and potassium if you feel weak or fatigued.
Monitor for Malnutrition & Deficiencies
Rapid weight loss can cause vitamin/mineral deficiencies (especially B12, iron, and electrolytes). If you experience:
Fatigue, hair loss, or dizziness, ask your doctor about supplements.
Consider Further Medical Guidance
If your weight loss is excessive or causing health concerns, speak with your healthcare provider.
They might adjust your dosage, diet, or exercise plan to help stabilise your weight loss.
“My shoe size has changed which is bizzare”, she revealed.
“My feet have got skinnier. I usually wear a size six but I have found recently my trainers feel a bit loose on me.”
And it turns out she’s not alone, as her revelation sparked similar admissions from other Mounjaro users.
One said: “I’ve came down a whole shoe size lol ! It’s not just you.”
A second wrote: “Started my weight loss journey at 26st 11 I was a size 7. I’m now 11st and a size 4.5/5.”
“Yep, I’ve gone from a 5 to a 4.5. Bought shoes today”, revealed a third.
A fourth added: “I’m 25kg down since January and I’ve gone from a size 7 to a size 5.5.”
Meanwhile, a fifth chimed in: “I went down a shoe size after I lost 6 stone! it’s definitely a thing.”
For anyone considering Mounjaro, Lucy recommends a “slow and steady” approach and guzzling down at least two litres of water a day.
She continued: “Don’t move up doses to quickly, fast weight loss can trigger other health issues. Slow and steady worked great for me.
“And once you hit your target weight, try not to keep setting new targets. You don’t want to develop an unhealthy relationship with your body.”

With the news being broadcast on BBC One, fans flocked to BBC Two expecting to find Draper.
But as the 23-year-old got underway, it was Zverev‘s clash with Arthur Rinderknech being shown instead.
With the Zverev match having reached a fourth set tiebreak, the BBC opted to stick with it.
Had Rinderknech won the tiebreak, he would have booked a place in round two.
But when Zverev took it 7-5 to force a deciding fifth set, the BBC opted to switch to Draper.
The British favourite was available to watch all along on BBC iPlayer.
And while fans watching BBC Two missed barely five minutes of the action, several took to social media to have a moan.
One wrote: “@BBC MISSED 2 games in the Draper match due to your incompetence!!!!WHY DO I PAY MY LICENCE.”

While a second raged: “@BBCSport what are you doing?! You say Draper on bbc 2 only for it to be Zverev, your iPlayer channels all change.”
A third huffed: “Sort it out!”
Another called it a “f***ing shambles”.
BBC Two or not, Draper made a fantastic start to his Wimbledon 2025 opener.
The fourth seed raced into a one-set lead in just 27 minutes, easily taking it 6-2.
Zverev, meanwhile, went on to crash out of the tournament – losing his decisive fifth set 6-4 to Rinderknech… on BBC iPlayer.

Not only did the UGC content creator claim that a specific fruit could cause nasty sunburn, but she also acknowledged that one popular drink could lead to fainting.
Posting on social media, Lili shared her warning as she penned: “Foods to avoid giving your toddler this summer – keep your little one safe with these quick tips.”
First things first, Lili claimed that parents should avoid giving citrus fruits to toddlers.
She voiced: “Juice from oranges, lemons, and limes on the skin can cause burns when exposed to sunlight.
“If they eat citrus, wash their hands and face thoroughly before heading outdoors.”
Following this, Lili also explained why she won’t be giving her little ones ice.
“Ice cubes can be a choking hazard. If offering ice, make sure it’s in a closed-lid cup to stay safe and cool,” she warned.
And finally, Lili got candid on why slushies could be incredibly dangerous to kids.
The mother revealed: “Some slushies may contain high levels of glycerol, which can lead to headaches, nausea, and in rare cases, serious reactions like shock or fainting.”
As a result, Lili stressed: “Keep it fun and safe this summer!”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @liliandwillow, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 129,200 views in just two days.
Not only this, but it’s also amassed 849 likes and 32 comments.
How to survive six weeks of school summer holidays
IF you are struggling with the six week summer holidays, you've come to the right place...
BATTLING BOREDOM: Despite hours of activities and playdates, if your kids are already complaining there’s nothing to do, parenting expert Liat Hughes Joshi says: “Don’t feel you have to organise every second of the holidays. Kids benefit from boredom and learn to make their own fun.
“Boredom can trigger creative and imaginative play but you need to encourage kids to get used to not being told how to spend their time.
“Ride out the pleas of boredom. Counter it with comments such as, ‘What do you think you could do?’ and maybe have a list of ‘I’m bored’ activity ideas on the fridge.”
SCREEN OVERLOAD: It’s tempting during the holidays to rely on a digital babysitter but don’t let them gawp their whole summer away in front of a screen.
Liat says: “It’s unfair to expect older kids to power down but it’s important to set some ground rules.
“Set family tech rules together. If you’re often distracted by your phone, follow the rules too. Maybe tell the kids they aren’t allowed any screen time until they’ve done set chores, some exercise, or a board game.
“Are there times when you’d like to ban screens completely? Perhaps during dinner or when they have friends over to visit.
“Tech is a battleground for parents, but you have to set boundaries. Stand firm and be prepared to be unpopular.”
TOO MUCH TOGETHERNESS: You love your kids, but being with them 24/7 can be exhausting. Do not feel guilty if you need a bit of downtime.
Liat says: “If you’re juggling work and household tasks as well as occupying the kids, it’s normal to start feeling overwhelmed or jaded and in need of some peace.
“If you can’t afford or don’t want to send your kids to all-day camps, look for free kids’ workshops so you can get on with jobs or have a break for a couple of hours.
“Seeking a spell of quiet every now and then doesn’t make you a bad parent — in fact it will probably make you more positive and enthusiastic when you are with the kids.”
SCHEDULING CONFLICT: Schedules can go out the window during holidays, but late nights and early mornings can mean tired and unhappy children.
Dr Tamara Bugembe, paediatrician and founder of Helperbees.co.uk says: “Children get grumpy, test boundaries and become challenging when routines are broken.
“Sticking to some kind of routine during the holidays is a good idea.
“We release hormones at different times of the day and when regular meal times and bed times are broken, it causes dips and peaks in mood.
“Holidays are about having fun but an early night once or twice a week will make everyone happier.”
EXCESS ENERGY: Make sure kids get out in the fresh air to tire them out — and make them healthier and happier.
Dr Bugembe says: “Sunshine also tops up vital vitamin D levels which helps improve bone strength and energy levels in children. Our levels run low in winter so let the kids stock up in warmer weather.
“Letting them run around in shorts and a T-shirt is the best way to top up. Make sure they’re wearing sun cream, get outside and have fun.
“Encourage them to try healthy habits such as cycling and walking. They’ll hopefully get hooked and want to carry them on when the weather gets colder.”
Social media users were left stunned by Lili’s claims and quickly rushed to the comments to share their thoughts.
One person said: “Lots of bad things in the news about slushies, a core part of my childhood that my daughter will miss out on.”
Keep it fun and safe this summer!

Another gasped: “Did not know about slushies!”
Whilst a third commented: “Not my toddler right now sucking on an ice cube to soothe teething.”
At the same time, another parent advised: “Ice lollies as well can also be a choking hazard, even though it can melt, if stuck in the throat it’ll take some time to actually melt. Saw that on a health visitors page.”
The brightly coloured beverages contain glycerol, a sugar substitute that gives slushies their signature, semi-frozen texture.

And now, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has updated its guidance to state that slush ice drinks containing glycerol are not suitable for children under seven.
It follows several incidents involving slushy drinks in recent months.
Earlier this year, the sugary drinks – which are designed to appeal to children – were linked to the hospitalisation of 21 children aged two to seven.
As a result, members of the food watchdog’s board called for the change after reviewing evidence on the risk of glycerol to young children’s health.
Consumed at high levels, glycerol can cause very low blood sugar levels and unconsciousness in young children – also known as glycerol intoxication syndrome.
