‘Hook it to my veins’ – Cadbury bosses tease new Dairy Milk Bar landing in Irish stores in DAYS
CADBURY bosses have teased a “new flavour to favour” is hitting Irish stores in DAYS – and chocolate fans are in a frenzy.
The chocolate giants revealed a new Dairy Milk favourite is arriving in shops next month.
Cadbury chiefs revealed a clip of the new chocolatey delight on Instagram.
But fans were left guessing the new flavour with the wrapper text blurred.
Cadbury bosses said: “There’s a new flavour to favour.
“The first new addition to the Cadbury Dairy Milk small bars range in over two decades… can you guess what it is??
“Arriving in stores nationwide from February.”
Chocoholics rushed to the comments to share their excitement.
One person said: “It doesn’t matter what it is; it’s Cadbury’s, that’s enough for me.”
Another gushed: “I feel sick with excitement!”
While another added: “I won’t be able to sleep until I know.”
One fan said: “Whatever it is, hook it to my veins.”
While another shared: “My taste buds are waiting impatiently for the new flavour delight.”
Numerous guesses of the new flavour flooded in – from pineapple to salted caramel.
One person guessed: “Dairy Milk Caramel with nuts.”
Another said: “Cream egg.”
While another shared: “I hope mini eggs.”
One fan said: “Hopefully coffee flavoured.”
Another asked: “Return of Rum and Butter?”
While another guessed: “Banana, yummy.”
Another asked: “Nutamello? Caramel with hazelnuts.”
One fan guessed “salted caramel” and the chocolate company replied “interesting guess”.
One person pleaded: “Bring back the nutcrisp please.”
While another suggested: “Half Dairy Milk, half caramel.”
Meanwhile, a food pro has shared the best time to bag Yellow Sticker bargains if you are struggling to get to payday.
Grocery Expert at BritSuperstore, Richard Price, said: “January can be a tough month financially, especially after the excesses of Christmas and the long wait for the next payday.
“That’s why yellow sticker deals are such a game-changer.
“Most major supermarkets, including Morrisons, Aldi, and Asda, follow a two-round reduction strategy, with the first wave of discounts typically occurring in the morning, and the second – and often larger – reduction happening in the evening or just before closing.
“These reductions vary from store to store but can range from 10 per cent to 25 per cent in the morning to up to 90 per cent in the evening, especially for perishable items nearing their expiry date.”

EASTENDERS fans have slammed the soap for a glaring blunder in Sonia Fowler’s gripping prison storyline, as a key character was noticeably absent during the drama.
EastEnders viewers know that a pregnant Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) was imprisoned for Debbie Colwell’s murder, even though it was her fiancé Reiss Colwell (Johnny Freeman) who smothered her.
With the whole Square rallying around to protest for Sonia’s innocence, there was one key person missing… Bex Fowler.
Bex is Martin and Sonia’s 25-year-old daughter who left Walford back in 2020 to take a gap year to go travelling before attending Oxford University.
Five years later, she is barely mentioned despite both her parents still living on the square.
The oversight has left many viewers feeling frustrated as Sonia continued to endure her injustice and Bex was no where to be seen.
Taking to Reddit, one fan questioned: “Where has Bex been while all this is going on?”
Another added: “I can’t stand Bex and never have been able to, but even I know that the show not even mentioning her thoughts on what’s happening to her mum (let alone a cameo) is ridiculous.”
A third wrote: “Has the actress done anything else? I’m kind of surprised she hasn’t come back.”
A fourth chimed in: “Travelling, but that was 5 years ago at this point. At this point I’m convinced she pulled an Ash Ketchum and went on the world’s longest journey.”
A fifth joked: “Need a spinoff where Bex is fighting bridge trolls or taming dragons because that’s the only logical explanation to her absence for the last five years.”
Fans of the BBC soap are also questioning where Sonia and Bianca’s (Patsy Palmer) mum Carol (Lindsey Coulson) is, with both her daughters in peril.
Carol left EastEnders in 2015 after deciding that her relationship with David Wicks (Michael French) was over.
Her departure came after a difficult time when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy and chemotherapy.
Carol’s last storyline included leaving Walford on a motorbike with her son Robbie (Dean Gaffney), and she hasn’t been seen since.
Some fans have speculated that Carol may return to the soap.

A WWE star was rushed to hospital after his risky move went horribly wrong on live TV.
And the shocking moment left fans deeply worried about their hero.
Irish Ace was competing in the World Tag Championship alongside Dominik Mysterio.
However, things took a sudden turn for the worse.
Irish Ace – real name JD McDonagh – attempted an ambitious springboard moonsault.
That is where a wrestler performs a backflip off the middle rope of the ring to the outside and brings down their opponent in a chokehold.
And while he got plenty of airtime with the takeoff, he did not execute the move as planned.
Irish Ace, 34, overshot his rival – who tried to catch him – and took an almighty fall then slammed his neck back into the commentators’ desk.
He immediately slumped forward and was clearly in serious pain.
Incredibly, he managed to carry on and see out the match – although the pair lost and the War Raiders retained their Tag Team Championship title.
McDonagh was then taken to hospital for a check-over.
And it emerged he had broken several ribs and even punctured a lung in the ordeal.
He wrote on X: “First off, thanks to everyone for the messages and the concern. I’m good.
“I’ve got a couple of broken ribs and a punctured lung, so I’m going to be out for a couple months.
“All things considered, it could have been a lot worse, so I’m grateful for that. See ya in a bit.”
Messages of support flooded in from WWE fans on social media for the star – with many relieved the damage was not as bad as first feared.
One said: “Wishing you a speedy recovery! Glad it wasn’t worse, and we’ll be ready for your return. Take care!”
Another wrote: “I already respected you, but you’ve massively earned even more of my respect! What a warrior! Thank you for putting your all in entertaining us, prayers for a speedy recovery!”
A third added: “I hope JD McDonagh remains OK and doesn’t develop delayed symptoms after this incredible impact.”
A fourth typed: “We don’t give JD McDonagh enough credit. That man is very VERY lucky that he doesn’t have a broken neck. That was NASTY! The guy is absolutely awesome in-ring. I pray he’s okay.”
And a final user simply replied: “JD McDonagh is remarkable.”
