Apprentice star Luisa Zissman hits back at pests who flew drone over her home to sell video of her furious reaction

LUISA Zissman has slammed the pests who flew a drone over her home to make money off her fuming reaction.

The shocking encounter was uploaded on social media and showed the former Apprentice star, 37, defending her property.

The TV star exposed Harry Holton on her Instagram[/caption]

It came after a man, later revealed to be chef Harry Holton, tried flying a drone over her plush £7.5million Hertfordshire mansion.

He told her and the security team he was a “drone-auditor” and had permission to be there.

The footage showed Luisa standing outside as she tells the 23-year-old: “Yeah I’m restricting your movement.

“I will f**king take your little bike.”

Harry who is barely pictured, then shouts: “Get off my bike,” before the clip plays out.

The video was then posted to Harry’s YouTube platform, H Audit, where it garnered thousands of clicks and raked in cash.

After the alarming incident, the fuming business woman took to Instagram.

She claimed she’d been “shoved” by the bike and accused Harry of trespassing on private property.

The BBC TV star then alleged she was the subject of a common assault charge regarding the alleged incident.

But, Luisa has now hit back at the drone-flying pests after Harry and his scheme were exposed.

She told the Mail she felt “violated” at her own home, which should be a “sanctuary”.

“We live in frightening times where, if you have any kind of wealth, it’s easy to feel vulnerable – then suddenly you have someone threatening that they’re going to fly a drone over where you live,” continued Luisa.

The Apprentice alum highlighted the growing trend which sees “drone audits” such as Harry phish for “rage bait” to make money from their footage of distressed property owners.

She added: “It’s incredibly cynical. As with my case, these people usually make a point of letting you know they are there, claiming they are being polite.

“But in fact it’s a device to make you react, because that’s what gets the clicks.”

Luisa branded the “little twerp” “cocky and provocative” and argued she politely asked him to leave multiple times before becoming understandably irate.

Although, the TV personality did get her own back a few days later.

She discovered where the 23-year-old lived and went to his house – without actually stepping foot on the property – just to “psyche him out a bit”.

His video has since been taken down.

But, these drone pests can fetch thousands of pounds from their videos, with more being made depending on how angry the homeowner becomes.

The sick craze appears to have moved over from the United States, where people would pretend they had the right to carry out “first amendment audits”.

Luisa admitted the “Italian in me came out” as the troubling scene unfolded.

But she claimed he only fell off his bike after ramming her with it and grabbing her arms.

The entrepreneur told the Mail Harry edited the footage to make it appear as though she shoved him.

And Luisa was not his first target.

The fame seeker has tried to capture footage over Aston Villa football club’s training ground, a Grade I-listed stately home, and an estate near Highgrove – the residence of King Charles and Queen Camilla.

According to the National Police Chiefs’ Council, the drone trend has been increasing.

But Jonathan Nicholson, head of strategic projects at the CAA, told the Mail: “No one owns the airspace above any private property”.

Meanwhile a legal expert added: “Simply flying a drone over somebody else’s property of itself does not constitute a trespass”.

However, the Civil Aviation Act will take into account what is “reasonable”.

If someone flies a drone over a probate property to take pictures of people on or inside it, the owner could seek an injunction.

The Information Commissioner also stated that using the drone footage to make money means the flyer would have to comply with data protection law.

At present, only one YouTuber has faced a penalty for the act, Lee Tench.

He was slapped with a criminal behaviour order at Crewe Magistrate’s Court in 2021.

Luisa’s final warning to fellow targets was to never engage, no matter how hard it may be.
