Position Title: Human Capital Learner

Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and support documentation and filing
- Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Support training logistics and development activities
- Capture HR data and compile reports
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Must be unemployed and available for the full 12-month duration
- Must have a valid South African ID
- Must have no criminal or adverse credit record
- Completed Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resource Management or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
