MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) vowed it “will not spare” anyone in the investigation into the abduction of at least 34 missing cockfighting enthusiasts or “sabungeros.” This came after a suspect in the case, in an interview over GMA News last Wednesday, claimed the victims were abducted and killed by police officers.
