A LUCKY player is celebrating after bagging a huge sum in tonight’s Lotto main draw.
The Lotto player managed to scoop a whopping €194,616 – but narrowly missed out on the jackpot by a single number.

The location where the winning ticket was purchased in Ireland has not yet been revealed by the bosses.
However, it is expected to be revealed over the weekend.
The winning numbers in tonight’s draw were 15, 19, 24, 31, 34, 42 and the bonus number 30.
The lucky player won €194,616 by matching five balls and the bonus number.
However, they were one number short of securing the life-changing jackpot prize of €8.267,128.
There were also 20 winners who matched five numbers, winning €1,659 each.
there were no winners of Lotto Plus 1 and 2 jackpots.
However, there were 87 winners of the raffle prize, each receiving €500.
The winning raffle number was 9824.
This comes just days after a record-breaking €250m winning EuroMillions ticket was sold at Clifford’s Centra on Shandon Street in Cork.
The lucky punter became the National Lottery’s 13th millionaire of 2025 and the largest-ever Irish jackpot winner when they bagged the huge sum on Tuesday’s EuroMillions draw.
Clifford’s store manager Simon Champ said he had no idea who the lucky winner is, although speculation ranged from a syndicate to a tea lady working with the HSE.
‘DREAM COME TRUE’
Irish Lottery Manager, Cian Murphy, said: “A win of this size is life-changing.
“It is a celebration for the Lottery, the shop, the community and the winner. It is fantastic as it makes someone’s dream come true.”
But he said if winners do not want their identities revealed, the Lottery ensures that the name does not get out into the public arena.
