PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur–Agusan del Sur Governor Santiago Cane Jr. highlighted the province’s journey to poverty reduction through innovative agricultural practices in his State-of-the-Province Address (SOPA) on Thursday. The governor cited a report from the Philippine Statistics Authority, which stated that the poverty rate in Agusan del Sur dropped from 33.4% in 2021 to 23.4%
