Sam Asghari compared a potential partner having a so-called high “body count” to a “used” car.
During the Monday, March 10, episode of SiriusXM’s The Nikki & Brie Show, Chrishell Stause, Wells Adams and Asghari, 31, joined as guests to discuss season 3 of The Traitors. Asghari specifically was asked whether he would “banish” someone if they lied about their total number of past sexual partners.
“Absolutely. Of course. It’s like a used car. You come over here, you can’t reverse the mileage on that car,” he noted. “That’s illegal. That’s against the law.”
Asghari confirmed there was a specific number — and above — that he would “absolutely” consider to be too high, adding, “Obviously, the lower the better. Depends on the age.”

Adams, 40, chimed in to say he felt “very uncomfortable” as Nikki, 41, and her sister, Brie Garcia, pitched potential numbers to Asghari that he would or would not consider to be deal-breakers.
“If it’s more than me. If the body count is more than me, then that’s gonna be better,” he said. “Do not ask me. I set myself up with this. It’s not high to be honest with you.”
Asghari confirmed that his “body count” was around 10. In response, Adams quipped, “But the rule is that whatever the number they say it is, you have to multiply that by three. So come on, those are facts.”
Before appearing on The Traitors, Asghari became a household name after he started dating pop icon Britney Spears. The now-former couple dated for six years — and were married for 13 months — before announcing their split in August 2023.
“After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together,” Asghari wrote via an Instagram Story statement in August 2023. “We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always.”
Asghari went on to say that “s—t happens” while reflecting on the split, adding, “Asking for privacy seems rediculous [sic] so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful.”
Spears, 43, who was linked to Paul Richard Soliz after the breakup, shared her own thoughts on the divorce.

“I’m not here to explain why because its honestly nobody’s business !!!” she said via Instagram about Asghari’s surprising decision to call it quits. “But, I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly !!! In some sort of telepathic way I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you !!!”
More recently, Asghari reflected on the highlights from their relationship. “Even though it’s over now, I’m never sad it’s over,” Asghari said on “The Vial Files” last month. “I’m grateful it even happened. … Anything that has happened to me on a personal level has always been a blessing. It’s always been the right timing. I let the universe do that work for me and as long as I can be a good father and be a good future husband and as long as I can keep improving is No. 1 and I do want to stay grounded because I know that fame and success doesn’t mean anything. In the end, you want to be a good person.”
Asghari is currently dating Brooke Irvine, whom he met as a result of the pair both living in the same apartment building.
“She’s super supportive,” Asghari added in February. “She didn’t bring up [Britney] one time. Never one time. That’s what was really cool. I think it’s weird to not talk about it. … If you had perception, might not even happen. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to people. I think the best way to be is yourself.”
