Everyone asks how I can eat Creme Eggs for breakfast & still be skinny – I lost 7st & have 5 golden tips for weight loss

A MOTHER has revealed that people always question how she stays so slim – and according to her, it’s down to five golden rules.

Cassyanne Clark, a mum-of-three from Kent, who hit the headlines last year after pulling her daughters out of school, has now shared how she stays looking slender.

Cassyanne Clark claimed that whilst she eats Cadbury’s Creme Eggs for breakfast, she has cut out certain food groups to help her lose seven stone[/caption]

And whilst many will think that cutting out sweets and chocolate is the best way to lose weight, according to Cassyanne, she still eats Cadbury Creme Eggs for breakfast.

Posting on social media, the content creator, who has 123,100 followers on TikTok and described herself as a ‘skinny girl’, filmed herself sitting in her car.

At 9:30am, the business owner tucked into a Creme Egg and shared that whilst “everyone” will say to her ‘how do you stay so skinny?’, she confirmed: “I eat s**t, I literally eat so much s**t, but to stay skinny, I don’t eat the meals with the s**t.”

Instead of chomping on protein bagels with eggs and avocado, Cassyanne confessed that a Creme Egg is a “big meal” for her, and whilst she is “fully aware” of its lack of nutritional value, eating little and often has helped her to shift the weight.

Cassyanne beamed: “I did nutrition for many, many years. I dropped seven stone in weight – a calorie deficit is a calorie deficit, so I start my day off with some chocolate because that’s what I want and that’s what I’ve always done since being skinny.”

The traveller mum, who is currently 21 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, her fourth child, then admitted that she hasn’t changed her eating habits since falling pregnant and still remains to have “no back fat”.

In addition to eating small portions, Cassyanne shared her second golden rule when it comes to slimming down, as she recommended: “When dieting, it sounds mental – stop thinking about food. If you’ve constantly got food on your mind, you’re constantly gonna be hungry.”

As well as this, Cassyanne revealed her third golden rule, as she advised: “Eat when you’re hungry – it doesn’t matter if you skip breakfast, doesn’t matter if you skip lunch, if you’re not hungry, stop eating.”

Cassyanne confirmed that her weight has fluctuated massively over the years.

Whilst she has once weighed just six stone, she has also topped the scales at 15 stone.

But Cassyanne, who first lost weight when she was pregnant with her second child, claimed that she doesn’t eat portions that are bigger than the palm of her hand and doesn’t overeat, as she believes “you don’t need to feel full to be full.”

Not only this, but her fourth golden rule is all down to the drinks she consumes.

Instead of guzzling coffee, Cassyanne, who now weighs less than eight stone, admitted: “I would normally have Red Bulls [but] I don’t drink fizzy drinks.”

And for her fifth golden rule, it involves staying away from two major food groups.

How many calories should men and women consume?

The influencer acknowledged that while she doesn’t eat meat in large quantities, she also stays away from wheat, dairy and gluten.

Big divide

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @cassyanneclark, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as in just three days, it has quickly racked up 325,200 views.

But social media users were left divided by the video – whilst many ‘loved’ her advice, others weren’t quite as complimentary.

How to lose weight safely

Losing weight should be a long-term commitment to healthier living, rather than any drastic measures.

The NHS tips – which can be adopted slowly – include:

  • Get active for 150 minutes a week – you can break this up into shorter sessions
  • Aim to get your 5 A Day – 80g of fresh, canned or frozen fruit or vegetables count as 1 portion
  • Aim to lose 1 to 2lbs, or 0.5 to 1kg, a week
  • Read food labels – products with more green colour coding than amber and red are often a healthier option
  • Swap sugary drinks for water – if you do not like the taste, add slices of lemon or lime for flavour
  • Cut down on food that’s high in sugar and fat – start by swapping sugary cereal for wholegrain alternatives
  • Share your weight loss plan with someone you trust – they can help motivate you when you have a bad day
