RTE star Sinead Kennedy has opened up on “little moments with her little man” as she shared a snap with her rarely-seen son.
The Cork beauty and her husband Conor Kirwan have two children together – three-year-old daughter Indie and son Theo, one.

The pair first became parents to Indie in March 2021, whose arrival was followed by Theo in November 2023.
Sinead has always kept her children’s faces out of any posts on social media.
Today, the 43-year-old shared an adorable photo of Theo and herself strolling in the park.
The little lad was all bundled up in a knitted sweater, grey woolly hat and blue trainers.
Of course, Sinead had to match her son, opting for matching Adidas trainers and a black puffer jacket.
Theo sweetly held on to his mum’s hand as they walked around the beautiful green area.
The TV star captioned the picture: “Baby boy. Little moments with my little man.”
She joked: “P.S. it’s nearly impossible to keep these pastel-coloured trainers clean. Impossible! Mine, that is.”
Sinead recently explained that becoming a mother “profoundly changed” her focus from work to creating a family.
Speaking to the RTE Guide, she said: “I was never that person rushing to become a mom. I was so focused on work, it was something that I wanted but I wasn’t that person planning it from a young age or dreaming of it.
“I changed profoundly from the minute that Indie was put into my arms.
“My family laugh that I went to the hospital to have her and came back a completely different person, in a good way.
“I didn’t know it was what I needed, but I absolutely needed to be a mom. It’s been the making of me.
“I know not everyone has the same experience and I get a bit of backlash from people when I say this; people saying it’s unrelatable or toxic positivity but it’s not, it’s just my experience. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I love being a mom and I couldn’t be happier.”
RETURN TO WORK
The mum-of-two said that despite the chaos managing kids and a television career can bring she “wouldn’t change a thing”.
The Irish host returned to work on RTE’s chat show Today last September after the birth of Theo.
She explained: “It has been interesting to say the least. Coming back the second time is different because you kind of know what to expect and you think ‘I know how this works’ but no, it’s not the same with two children.
“It’s so much busier with all of the logistics. But I wouldn’t change a thing about it.”
