THE Duchess of Sussex’s With Love, Meghan cookery programme has officially launched on Netflix, showing off her cooking skills.

The mother-of-two stars in eight 33-minute episodes, sharing recipes with friends, creating harvest baskets, getting emotional over bees, and hosting numerous soirées.

In the final segment of episode eight, Feels Like Home, Meghan, 43, celebrates the launch of her new business and lifestyle brand, As Ever, featuring a brief cameo from Prince Harry.

Speaking exclusively to Fabulous, body language expert Judi James explains that her husband’s appearance in this concluding episode is “brief but significant.”

She says: “Where would a traditional wife be without her husband to admire and acknowledge all her hard work?” she asked, adding that it was “vital” to the show’s success that King Charles’ son was featured.

Harry previously featured in his own Netflix series in 2022, titled Harry & Meghan – an intimate docuseries chronicling their journey together.

Now, Meghan takes centre stage in her own series, with Harry making occasional appearances throughout.

“Harry’s body language here exudes a pronounced aura of machismo, as though he’s stepped straight out of his polo documentary into a world of ‘feminine’ soft skills,” Judi explains.

“His shoulders are square, his legs are splayed, one hand is casually slung into his jeans pocket in a gesture of sexual power, while the other clutches his drink as though preparing to toast the regiment.

“His body language moments are all about rewarding Meghan for her meticulous hosting skills.

“While most men might be scanning the flower-strewn buffet for chicken nuggets, Harry is radiating admiration.”

In the episode, Meghan prepares fresh Californian cuisine alongside legendary chef Alice Waters for a brunch party with family and friends, including her husband and mother Doria Ragland.

While perusing the elaborate spread of food and champagne, Harry and Meghan share an intimate moment, with Harry congratulating her, saying, “Well done, you did a great job.”

Meghan whispers a soft “Thank you,” to which Harry responds warmly with, “I love it.”

“He places an arm around Meghan’s shoulders, pulling her close to his torso, creating the impression that she is endearingly tucked under his arm,” Judi observes.

“He nuzzles her affectionately, saying, ‘You’ve done a good job,’ in a gentle, intimate tone, even allowing his face to be partially obscured to give her his full attention.

“His ‘I love it’ elicits a modest, almost bashful response from Meghan, who doesn’t look up at him but instead smiles softly with her gaze cast downward before gently pulling away.”

In the final moments of the episode, Meghan raises a glass of bubbly to thank her guests.

She says: “I just want to raise a glass to you all. This feels like a new chapter, and I’m so excited to share it with you.

“I’ve been able to learn so much from each of you. So, thank you for the love and support. And here we go – it’s a business!

It comes as…

  • Meghan Markle’s new show, Meghan, With Love, was released on Netflix today
  • The series begins with an emotional Meghan fawning over bees and honey
  • In one episode, the Duchess of Sussex makes bacon and jokes: ‘My bacon brings all the boys to the yard’
  • She also corrects pal Mindy Kaling calling her ‘Markle’ – insisting her surname is ‘Sussex’
  • The Duchess goes onto share a touchy feely moment with Prince Harry, who appears briefly
  • Meghan adds bizarre items to ‘children’s party bags’ from Manuka honey sticks to gardening tools
  • In one bizarre moment, Meghan gets flustered and tells guest Alice Waters ‘I feel like you’re watching me fall in love’ while eating a turnip
  • She also lets loose on a hike, dancing with a pal while out on a dog walk
  • Fans slam show ‘the fakest stuff ever’ as they find identical recipes online
  • Meghan Markle channels Princess Diana AGAIN in Netflix show as she rocks another Northwestern jumper while gardening

“All of this is part of the creativity I’ve missed so much.

“Thank you for loving me so much and celebrating with me.”

Harry stands among her close friends and family, “gazing with pride” as Meghan delivers her speech, making it clear that the event is “not being jointly hosted.”

Judi says: “Harry is seen standing with the rest of Meghan’s ‘audience’ – friends and family – adopting the same confident, macho pose as he watches his wife with pride during her speech.

“The presentation clearly indicates that, while this is a loving brunch for friends and family, it is not a jointly hosted family event.

“This is Meghan’s moment, and she is the one at the forefront giving the speech. If anything, Harry appears to be a guest here.

“He grins indulgently as Meghan speaks in her playful, high-pitched voice about her ‘new chapter’ and mentions the ‘part of that creativity that I’ve missed so much,’ suggesting perhaps that she feels she’s been held back from fully expressing her creative side.

“Did someone disapprove of her baking and flower arranging?”

In the final moments, we see Harry behaving mischievously

Meghan concludes her speech with a heartfelt, “Thank you for loving me so much,” addressing the entire group.

Harry raises his glass in response, toasting her with a casual, “To you,” accompanied by an eyebrow lift.

To wrap up the show, Meghan reflects on her gratitude for reconnecting with old friends and making new ones.

In a playful cutaway scene, Harry is shown cheekily sneaking two pieces of fruit before making Meghan burst into laughter.

Judi adds: “In the final moments, we see Harry behaving mischievously, stealing two pieces of fruit like a naughty schoolboy and stuffing them into his mouth.

“This makes Meghan collapse into laughter, prompting Harry to place an arm around her back, pulling her in for a hug while keeping her face visible to the cameras.”

What do we know about Meghan Markle’s new cooking show, With Love, Meghan?

MEGHAN Markle’s new Netflix documentary trailer shows her cooking with Hollywood pals.

The Duchess of Sussex gave fans an insight into her show, With Love, Meghan, which airs soon.

There will be eight 33 minute episodes featuring a host of Meg’s various Hollywood friends trying her simple, yet “elevated”, food.

A montage of various clips in the nearly two-minute video showed Meghan walking through vegetable patches and fields.

She was also filmed browsing florists, hand-selecting beautiful flowers for table arrangements, showing off her creative side.

The Duchess even tried her hand at beekeeping, fully suited up, as she collected honey.

In the exciting new trailer, Meghan shared: “I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it.

“Surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking of them.

“I’m going to share some little tips and tricks. I see what colour I gravitate to, and everything goes from there. And how you incorporate these practices every day.

“This is about connecting with friends… I love that we’re doing this together for the first time. Making new friends… and just learning.

“We’re not in the pursuit of perfection. We’re in the pursuit of joy. I have to get it totally wrong, to get it totally right.”

The trailer showcased many “candid” moments, from Meghan accidentally squeezing some lemon juice in her eye, to knocking freshly baked goodies off a plate.

Prince Harry featured at the end of the video, embracing his wife in a warm hug.
