Nigerian woman d!es 5 months after writing about how people who didn’t impact her positively will make contributions for her burial ceremony

Friends and family members have been thrown into mourning following the d3ath of a Nigerian woman, Safe Na’andak Pankyes.  Safe, from Plateau State, got married to her husband, Pankyes Galak, on March 30, 2024.  Amidst the mourning, her poignant Facebook post has gone viral.   In the post dated September 4, 2024, Safe asked to be celebrated when she is still alive to witness the show of love.  She also wrote about how people who had the opportunity to impact her positively but didn’t do so, would come out upon her death to make contributions for her burial ceremony.  A Day will come my Pictures will fly all over Social Media tagged RIP. Both those I’ve impacted directly or indirectly will shade natural and artificial tears. Only myself will be buried down the dark shallow breathless. People who had the opportunity to help impact me positively and show love to me but didn’t do will come out making contributions to plan a burial ceremony for me. Please, Celebrate me now that I’m alive because when I go down I wouldn’t be here to see all that you will do when I die. Thank you once again, she wrote.  Family members and friends confirmed her d3ath in Facebook posts on Sunday, February 23, 2025.    The post Nigerian woman d!es 5 months after writing about how people who didn’t impact her positively will make contributions for her burial ceremony appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
