TACLOBAN CITY – In a move to strengthen digital connectivity and improve government service delivery in far-flung communities, the Tingog party-list turned over 10 Starlink internet kits to the provincial government of Eastern Samar. The donation, facilitated through Gov. Ralph Vincent “RV” Evardone, is part of the province’s broader digital transformation campaign under his administration.
