The Independent Institute of Education’s Rosebank College, part of ADvTECH, is inviting passionate and qualified graduates to apply for the Career Centre Internship Programme 2025.

Location: Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa
Division: Rosebank College – RC Nelson Mandela Bay
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Internship Purpose
The Career Centre Intern will support the manager in placing graduates and assist in the planning and implementation of career-related events and activities within the Career Services Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Run targeted email campaigns to graduates
- Match graduate CVs to job descriptions and company requirements
- Liaise with employers and arrange graduate interviews
- Prepare graduates for workplace readiness
- Track graduate and employer feedback post-placement
- Maintain and update placement databases and generate reports
- Assist with job shadowing, internships, learnerships, and voluntary opportunities
- Coordinate logistics for workshops and events
- Write reports for the Communications Department
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3-year Diploma or Degree in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Or a related field
