I moved to Spain to be a live-in nanny but ended up falling in love with the family’s son – it’s like a rom com

A WOMAN says she’s living out her real-life rom com after moving to Spain to be a nanny and falling in love with the family’s son.

Hannah Allen, who posts under @hanallennn, racked up millions of views after announcing the news – but had to clarify the situation.

She relocated to Europe for the job, and lives with the family full-time, looking after two young boys.

However, she ended up falling for the eldest son who she doesn’t look after, and they are aged 23 and 21.

In a clip, which has 7.8million views, she wrote: “‘You look happier’.

“Thanks, I moved to Spain, became a live-in nanny, then fell in love with the family’s son.

“I nanny his baby brothers.”

She explained how she had lived with the family for a year, before eldest son Joe moved back in after having been living in England.

Hannah shared: “Once he moved in, we kinda slowly started to become friends. Like, we would just kinda chit chat.

“And then I think we went to the cinema together one time, and we would stay up and talk and sometimes do things. Sometimes not. Like, it wasn’t, like, super common, but we would talk a lot at home, definitely.”

They ended up going to a wine festival together with some of Hannah’s friends and that’s when they shared their first kiss.

However, the nanny was terrified about how it would impact her position.

She revealed: “I was like, ‘I’m gonna lose my job. I’m gonna lose my job.’ And he was like, ‘no, you won’t. It’s fine.’”

They kept things on the low for a while, but it got to the stage where everyone knew. Hannah continued:

“Like, we weren’t even trying to hide it anymore. Like, everyone knew, but it was just unsaid.”

She claims the dad and stepmum are very accepting of the relationship and her job hasn’t been impacted at all.

Many people were entertained by the love story, with one saying: “This has to be a book plot I swear.”

Another added: “Suddenly I’m changing career paths to live-in nanny.”
