AN URGENT warning has been issued for thousands of commuters travelling over the hot weekend.
With the sunshine out and the temperatures set to skyrocket up to 32C, thousands of people are likely to flock to the coast to bask in the sun while cooling down in the Irish waters.

However, Irish Rail’s warning may disrupt people’s plans to hit the coast because some train services are impacted by their planned engineering works.
This means that a popular coastal service and five stations on the line have been impacted today.
Irish Rail chiefs confirmed that the engineering works are taking place between Dun Laoghaire and Bray today and will last all day/
This means no train service, including the DART, will be operating between the two spots.
And the following stations in Dublin are also closed for train services, which include Sandycove and Glasthule, Glenageary, Dalkey, Killiney and Shankill.
As a result of the track closures, the Rosslare train services are impacted, but bus transfers are put in place between Connolly and Bray to accommodate the affected customers.
And the DART services will operate between Malahide/Howth and Dun Laoghaire and Bray and Greystones.
During the travel disruption, Dublin Bus and Go-Ahead Ireland will accept valid rail tickets on services between closed stations and the city centre.
However, Rosslare and DART services aren’t the only ones affected, as two nationwide services are also affected today.
The chiefs saod: “Due to Engineering Works between Mallow and Cork on Saturday 12th July, the following service alterations and amendments will take place.”
The 9pm Heuston to Cork service will operate to Mallow only, bus transfers from Mallow to Cork are available.
The 10pm and 11pm Cork to Mallow and 10:30pm Mallow to Cork services will be substituted by bus transfers.
