About the Internship
The ETDP-SETA Internship Programme offers 8 internship opportunities at TUT. This initiative is part of a larger employment project aimed at assisting unemployed graduates with limited work experience. Interns will be placed in various administrative or academic support functions across the university.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide temporary administrative and operational support within assigned departments.
- Contribute to core administration where additional manpower is needed.
- Gain hands-on workplace experience and professional development.
Who Should Apply?
To qualify for this internship, applicants must:
- Be a TUT graduate with a qualification in:
- Human Resource Management/Development
- Labour Relations
- Office Management and Technology
- Administrative Information Management
- Financial Management
- Applied Social Sciences (with majors in Psychology or Counselling)
- Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
- Be unemployed and have not benefited from any SETA/DHET programme previously
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34
- Have a valid police clearance certificate or affidavit/declaration
