SHOPPING at Primark can always be hit and miss – and sadly, it was the latter for one plus-size fashionista.
Katherine Schiro recently paid the popular high street giant a visit and was gobsmacked by how horrible some of the viral items looked.

The shopper, from the US, was horrified by how some of the dresses fit her[/caption]
Cruel social media users, meanwhile, thought the retailer wasn’t to blame for the unfortunate haul[/caption]
However, cruel social media users insisted that ”clothes are not the problem” and she should’ve gone up a few dress sizes.
One of the items Katherine tried on in the changing room was a bright two-piece consisting of a tight top and figure-hugging mini skirt, both in size 14.
”It doesn’t fit. Finding anything above Medium in Primark is wild,” she said in the now-viral clip.
”Tragic,” said the horrified shopper who describes herself as ”plus-size”.
While Katherine loved a few of the items, most of the haul was a total flop, including a white dress that was ”see-through”.
Posing with the mini number that also featured two adorable bows, the Primark customer said: ”You can see my belly button, you can see the [stomach] lines – horrible.”
Another item that the fashionista gave a go to was a suede-style midi dress in dark brown.
But while Katherine ”kind of” loved the stylish dress, she had an issue with the tummy popping out.
”If they just had one size up, this would’ve been perfect,” the style fan was convinced.
‘Primark isn’t the problem here’
Unfortunately for Katherine, there was little sympathy in the comments under the clip that’s racked up 2.3million views in just one day.
As over 1,300 people flooded to share their thoughts, many reckoned it wasn’t ”the store’s fault” the size 14 outfits didn’t fit her.
One brutal TikToker said: ”I hate how she complains about the ‘tummy lines’ and literally blames the clothes…
”Like yes your wearing fitted clothes it’s going to show what’s there so either don’t wear fitted clothes or lose weight.”
Why Primark is great for looking expensive on a budget

AS someone who’s no stranger to grabbing a last-minute outfit from Primark for a night out, it’s about time that celebrities started catching on too.
For as long as I’ve been heading out, Primark has been my go-to for those “I have nothing to wear” moments, rushing in at the last minute to find something perfect.
And I’m definitely not alone – on any Friday or Saturday night, you’ll find plenty of shoppers doing the same thing, right before closing time.
But no matter what, Primark always delivers.
Now, Rita Ora is leading the charge, showing that you can snag a designer-worthy look without spending a fortune at high-end stores.
While Rita’s not rushing in last minute for a red carpet outfit, she’s proving you can achieve the same high-impact style for much less.
Looking stunning in her tailored suit alongside her mum Vera, Rita fit right in among the other A-listers dripping in Prada, Dior, and Victoria Beckham – if anything, she looked even better than some of the guests at The Fashion Awards.
With Myleene Klass and Roxy Horner already jumping on the Primark bandwagon, I’m sure more stars will be following suit soon enough.
A fellow shopper said: ”i’m sorry size 14??? you need 20-22 size. no hate i’m 90 kg 180 cm height. i wear size 18 in Primark.”
”the clothes are not the problem here,” someone else agreed with the majority.
”If you prefer no ”tummy lines” in clothes then that’s a preference,” another commented.
”But the clothes fit right? Yes. So your tummy is not Primark’s problem.”
”Girl it’s not the clothes, pick up a size that fits you…” a viewer told Katherine who posts under the username @thekatherinerae.
