LUKE LITTLER briefly turned into a “pub player” on Thursday’s Premier League darts in Cardiff.
The World Champion took on pal Nathan Aspinall in the quarter-finals of Night Seven.

Littler, 18, had coasted into a 4-2 lead in the best-of-11 clash.
Then the Nuke left his fans stunned with one truly disastrous visit to the oche.
With his first three darts of the seventh leg, Littler scored just ELEVEN – with two darts floating into the five, with a third going the other way to score one.
Littler could only turn around to the crowd and laugh in disbelief as ironic cheers rang around the Utilita Arena.
And supporters watching on at home on TV loved seeing teen sensation prove he is human after all.
One wrote: “Just looked up and Littler is on 490. Talk about a pub score.”
Another said: “Luke Littler scoring 11, maybe I stand a chance.”
A third added: “One of us. One of us.”
Littler, of course, took no time to rediscover the form that has seen him shoot from obscurity to household name in little over a year.
The World No2 dusted himself down and immediately threw a 180 in his next visit.

And viewers quickly became less confident they could lay a glove on him.
One said: “Luke Littler scores 11 takes the p*** out of himself and then throws a 180. The kid is a JOKE!!”
A second added: “Littler hits 11 and comes back with a 180. I’d hit 11 and follow it up with another 11.”
Another wrote: “Followed by 180… normal service resumed.”

Littler followed that 180 with 140 and a 100 to incredibly leave himself requiring 70 and in pole position for the leg.
But he let his rival off the hook with some wild finishing before Aspinall took out 88 to win.
That was the Asp’s last leg as Littler ran out a 6-3 winner, lining up a semi-final clash with Rob Cross.
