NCIS star Pauley Perrette didn’t hold back when calling out Donald Trump supporters who claim to be devout Christians. She slammed the hypocrisy, pointing out how true faith doesn’t align with mocking or divisive rhetoric.

Known for speaking her mind, Perrette made it clear where she stands, sparking major reactions online.
Pauley Perrette calls out Donald Trump’s cruelty

Pauley Perrette took to social media to question Donald Trump’s leadership, especially as discussions heat up ahead of the midterm elections. She alluded (via USA Today),
Where is Jesus when voting for someone who does the opposite of Jesus?…I’m serious. I’m a faith-driven person.
Perrette, best known for playing forensic scientist Abby Sciuto on NCIS, a series with a strong Republican viewership, didn’t shy away from calling out what she sees as hypocrisy.
She didn’t just make a general statement, but got specific. She wrote, pointing directly at Trump’s history of controversial remarks:
Jesus didn’t make fun of people, say horribly mean things, spread hate about race, women, handicapped and pretty much any target that makes the hateful cheer.
For Perrette, her vote was a reflection of her values. She made it clear: this wasn’t about party lines. It was about character.
She also had a message for those backing him:
He is a mean, mean man. He’s fooling you. Stop laughing with him. It’s cruelty and it’s wrong.
Quoting Matthew 16:26, she signed off with a pointed reference: “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?” A parting shot with a lot to unpack.
Pauley Perrette reveals NCIS‘s grueling schedule cost her a Big Bang Theory cameo

NCIS wasn’t just another gig for Pauley Perrette; it was a relentless grind. The actress, who played fan-favorite forensic specialist Abby Sciuto for 15 seasons, admitted the show’s grueling schedule kept her from taking on other projects. She shared (via Cinemablend),
There’s a couple reasons. When you’re on a sitcom, you work four days a week. You do a couple table reads, you do it in front of an audience, and then you go home. But for Mark [Harmon, who plays Gibbs], Michael [Weatherly, who plays DiNozzo], Sean [Murray, who plays McGee], and Cote [de Pablo, who played Ziva], when she was there, they work twelve hours a day, nine months a year. Their schedule is grueling.
One major casualty? A planned cameo on The Big Bang Theory. Perrette, a longtime friend of Chuck Lorre and Johnny Galecki, had a role written for her. But with NCIS consuming her time, it just could not work out, schedule-wise.
After NCIS and her short-lived sitcom Broke, Perrette stepped away from acting altogether. Looking back, her NCIS run was iconic, but it came at a price. Fans can still relive Abby’s best moments on Paramount+.
