‘We’re overwhelmed’ says 90s band as they add EXTRA Dublin date after ‘mind-blowing’ demand as tickets on sale in days

BOYBAND Five have been left “overwhelmed” after adding a second tour date in Ireland due to an incredible demand for their reunion tour tickets.

The popular 90s group will embark on the highly anticipated comeback tour, 25 years after they first split.

Five recently announced their reunion after 25 years

For the first time since their split back in September 2001, all five members – Abz Love, J Brown, Ritchie Neville, Scott Robinson, and Sean Conlon – will appear on stage together.

The group will hit the road for 24 huge arena dates on the Keep On Movin’ 2025 Tour, starting in Cardiff on October 29.

And Irish fans have already shown their excitement for the boyband’s reunion after tickets for their Dublin date sold out in just hours.

The November 23 show at the 3Arena completely sold out, while final tickets remain for their SSE Arena, Belfast show on November 22.

However, Five were quick to add an extra date in Dublin’s 3Arena on December 2, 2025, following the huge demand.

In a statement, the band wrote: “Dublin!! We’re absolutely buzzing to share that we are adding a second date at the 3Arena to the tour.”

The Keep On Movin’ singers told fans they felt overwhelmed with the response to the tour so far, adding: “We are truly speechless.”

The lads continued: “Getting this support 25 years on is nothing short of mind blowing. We absolutely cannot wait to see you soon.”

Tickets for the additional gig will go on sale at 10am on Friday, March 21, from Ticketmaster.

But those who are eager to nab tickets to the gig can try their luck at the artist pre-sale which will go on sale tomorrow morning at 10am.

The iconic boyband thrilled fans in the late 1990s and early 2000s with hits like Keep On Movin’, Got the Feelin’, and When the Lights Go Out.

The boys – who were all teenagers at the time – were handpicked from 3000 hopefuls, by the same people who put the Spice Girls together.

BACK IN ACTION

However, after a breakdown in the group, they split in September 2001.

That’s why Five fans were thrilled when they revealed they were getting back together AND going on a huge tour.

Last week, they announced they would perform 12 dates in cities including London, Newcastle, Aberdeen, Cardiff, and Birmingham.

Fans heading to the highly-anticipated gigs can expect to be thrown back in time to the 90s with the lads performing all their floor-filler hits.
