Minimum Requirements
- A recognised undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in one of the following:
Public Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Management, HRM, Nursing, Law, LLB, BCom, Finance, or Administration. - Experience in claims processing is an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of: COID Act, PFMA, OHS Act, Public Service Regulations, Compensation Fund procedures, Batho Pele Principles, and other relevant labour laws.
- Strong skills in:
- Claims registration and assessment
- Data capturing and administration
- Record keeping
- Verbal and written communication
- Computer literacy

- Register and acknowledge claims
- Prepare compensation benefits
- Handle client and claim enquiries
- Perform general administration activities
