Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk didn’t start living in the same home until more than a year after they tied the knot. The Goop founder and the Glee producer then settled in together in Gwyn’s Los Angeles mansion with their blended family of kids, which includes her daughter Apple and son Moses with ex Chris Martin, and his kids Isabella and Brody, whom he shares with ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik.
However, like all parents, Gwyneth and Brad became empty nesters. After Moses graduated from high school in May 2024, the Iron Man actress put her Brentwood, California, home on the market for $29.99 million. After dropping the price to $24.9 million five months later, Gwyneth officially parted ways with her longtime property for $22 million after its sale in January 2025.
Brad and Gwyneth now plan to make their 14,000-square-foot mansion in Montecito, California, their West Coast home base.
