The family of the late Akua Donkor have announced the date for her final funeral rites.
Akua Donkor who was the flagbearer of the Ghana Freedom Party died on October 28, 2024, ahead of the 2024 elections.
Her death was a shock to many as she was one of the women who made a statement in the political space even though she laced formal education.

While dead, she was still represented on the ballot paper although her votes were counted as spoilt ballot.
Per the information available, she will be buried on March 29, 2025, at Ejuratia in the Ashanti Region.
