A PRINCE has tragically died just days before the birth of his first child while on a work trip in Africa.
Prince Harald von Hohenzollern, a 63-year-old German aristocrat, died suddenly just nine months after marrying Princess Josefa von Hohenzollern.
He is believed to have died after suffering a heart attack in Namibia, where he is involved in the diamond industry.
Josefa, heavily pregnant, shared the heartbreaking news with a tribute on social media.
She posted a touching collage of photos of the pair together.
Josefa is running for re-election as mayor of the German town Leonberg, but said she would be taking time off the campaign trail to grieve.
