SEAN ROBERTSON has left Shamrock Rovers after playing just seven minutes of first-team football.
Rovers signed the free agent – who had spent the second half of last season with Derry City – at the start of March.

After the Englishman was an unused substitute for two games, he was brought on in the closing stages – and booked – in the 2-1 win over Drogheda United.
And the ex-Crystal Palace, Crewe Alexandra and Forest Green Rovers player did not feature in a matchday squad again and the 24-year-old has now departed from the Tallaght outfit.
A statement said: “Shamrock Rovers F.C. confirms the termination of playing contract with Sean Roberston by mutual agreement. We thank Sean for his time at the Hoops and wish him well in his future career.”
