Throughout his lengthy career, the 6-time WWE Champion has been part of some of the very best feuds, leading to iconic matches that have left a lasting impact in the minds of the fans.
In 2016, Jericho decided to add another iconic rivalry to his WWE career, where he had a feud with AJ Styles at the time. During this saga, the WWE veteran found himself facing Neville, who was one of the hottest names in the company, known for his unmatched high-flying flair and quick hits. The fans were excited to see the two face each other.
Unfortunately, the King of the Cruiserweights broke his left ankle when he performed a baseball slide. Jericho noticed the discomfort and decided to improvise on the spot. Since Y2J was a heel at that point, frustration was visible in his character. This made things all the easier for him as he used this to turn it into something useful.
