Influencer, professional boxer, and YouTube creator Logan Paul is regarded as one of the most influential creators, with over 23 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. Paul has been signed to WWE since June 2022, where he performs on a part-time basis as a part of RAW. The influencer is also the co-founder of a beverage company, Prime, and a snack brand, Lunchly.

Logan Paul is also known for his controversial takes on various topics and does not hesitate to poke a little fun at others. And now he has joined the wave of Internet personalities poking fun at a fellow influencer’s morning routine video.
Logan Paul pokes fun at Ashton Hall’s viral morning routine
Fitness influencer Ashton Hall has been garnering attention with his wild morning routine, which went viral online in February 2025. Hall’s ultra-disciplined morning routine begins at 3:52 a.m and ends by 9:30 a.m. It includes peeling off the mouth tape, brushing his teeth, gargling with Saratoga Spring Water, and heading out onto his balcony for push-ups followed by journaling.

Hall’s routine also includes listening to what appears to be a spiritual podcast, followed by an ice bath and getting ready for his workout session. The fitness influencer takes a shower from 8:20 to 8:35 am and proceeds to eat a banana and smear the banana peel on his face at 8:45 am. His second ice-cubed-filled bowl arrives at 9:06 am, and after dunking his face in the bowl, he starts his work ten minutes later, followed by a breakfast including scrambled eggs, two slices of avocado toast, and bacon of sorts.
In his entire routine, Ashton Hall tends to use only Saratoga Spring Water, and after his routine went viral, people on the internet started to recreate the morning routine.
And Logan Paul added his own touch to it as he recreated the morning routine and posted on his social media. Paul’s take is more like a parody version. Logan Paul, who started his day at 7:06 am, instead of Saratoga Spring Water, used his own sports drink brand, Prime Ice, to rinse his mouth.
Paul, poking fun at Ashton Hall’s routine, decides to type random letters onto a document and straps his daughter into a baby carrier while attending a call at 9:18 am. The creator dumps blue-raspberry-flavored Prime into a bowl of ice and dunks his face in it at 10:02 and rounds off his version of the morning routine with an intense workout session at home and a WWE training ring. He lastly dunks the wrestling dummy’s face into an ice bowl.
While some people believed that Logan Paul’s take on an ultra-disciplined regimen was funny, some thought that he kind of ruined it.
