The One Piece brand is reaching a new level of success every day as the franchise is growing bigger and better because of the anime and manga series. As the story is currently in the final saga, fans are glued to it and thus the fame and recognition it is receiving right now is next level.

It has reached a point where One Piece is not only considered a global name, but other world-class companies and brands are dying to collaborate with it so that they can also provide a unique experience to their fans and customers. This was most recently seen when International Icecream company, Baskin Robbins announced a partnership with One Piece and is now releasing new flavors of icecream that will be based on Devil Fruits.
This eccentric idea is a great step by the ice cream franchise that will allow them to tap into a new demographic of customers and will help the One Piece franchise become even more popular on a world-class level. Eiichiro Oda’s magnum opus has truly reached a point where everyone wants a piece of it and it is only going to get bigger and better from here on.
Baskin Robbins and One Piece are bringing Devil Fruits to life
The One Piece hype is real and it was most recently proved by American ice cream brand, Baskin Robbins. The company announced a collaboration with Eiichiro Oda’s series where they will release new flavors based on the many Devil Fruits introduced throughout the story. The first one that was hinted at was Luffy’s Gomu Gomu no Mi or as it is known now, Hito Hito no Mi: Model Nika.
The company’s official X account made the information public and explained how fans can now experience the taste of the Devil Fruit through their many ice cream flavors.

However, the only problem with this collaboration is that the new release will most likely be limited to Japan right now and the launch is scheduled for April.

Hopefully, they will bring these flavors to different countries as well. They also shared a post where fans could see what Luffy’s Devil Fruit ice cream would look like. They will announce other major flavors based around Devil Fruits from the One Piece storyline in the future.
One Piece is collaborating with global brands
While Baskin Robbin’s collaboration with One Piece is certainly a big deal, it might not be the biggest partnership that the anime franchise had this year. One Piece recently collaborated with the professional NBA basketball team, LA Lakers for a special match that took place on February 28, 2025, between the LA Lakers and the LA Clippers.

Aside from that, the series also partnered with the German professional sports club, Borussia Dortmund which was announced during the stage event of AnimeJapan 2025 in Tokyo. Other brands like Burger King, Puma, Gucci, Lacoste, etc. have also collaborated with One Piece in the past.
All these partnerships and collaborations prove that One Piece has indeed become a global name and a brand that everyone wants to align with. This hype was much awaited as the series has been growing strong for almost 30 years and will continue to do so for quite a long time.
