Reporting To: Provincial Sales Manager
Location: Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Client service, liaison, and complaint handling
- Assisting sales team with leads, bookings, promotional material
- SAP transactions (purchase requisitions, service entries, travel bookings)
- Trade marketing support and maintaining client databases
- Meeting coordination, minute-taking, reporting, and data collection
- Budget support and departmental administration
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or relevant field
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-service focused, proactive, detail-oriented
- Good planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated passion for broadcasting and media
