Solo Leveling has received a massive amount of popularity and has transformed many into loyal fans with its incredible visuals, animation, and storytelling.
The second half of Solo Leveling Season 2 delivered some of the best animation seen in the series so far. This is consistent with what A-1 promised, saying that they would level up the animation along with Jinwoo.

This is why, even though it had a slow start, A-1 Pictures turned things around, proving that the quality of the anime would increase in sync with Sung Jinwoo as he ascends to the peak. It is possible that its animation could reach the level of Demon Slayer.
A-1’s commitment to quality over speed
The jump in animation standards was particularly evident in the final episodes. There were many scenes where it felt like the quality and visuals were massively different compared to the earlier episodes, like in the first season.
There are fights like the one with the Ant King, Beru, which showcase the incredible amount of fast-paced action, which is what the hype called for. Others, like the fight with Kargalgan, depict the true difference in quality.
The jump in quality in next season gonna go nuts

Not only are the visuals good, the vibrant use of the palette and the way multiple points of focus are depicted in a balanced manner, it is extremely impressive how much effort A-1 Pictures is putting into this.

This is the reason that they should not put a rush on Season 3, there is a lot of hype, sure, and Solo Leveling has reached the #2 spot on a major streaming site like Crunchyroll, but A-1 Pictures should make the mistake of rushing to satisfy the expectations of the crowd before they are ready.
A good series only needs an episode or two going wrong to mess it all up. As a connected story that has established itself as a premium quality anime, Solo Leveling should not risk jeopardizing this success with Season 3.
A genius marketing strategy by A-1 Pictures
They have already done this with the recap episode, but that is considerably minor if we think about all the ways the adaptation could go wrong if they rush. The latter part of the Solo Leveling novel is filled with fights and the focus shifts entirely onto Sung Jinwoo.

There are many characters that were properly established in Solo Leveling, many S-rankers who will soon become irrelevant.
This is why the anime takes its time to showcase all the characters and scenes properly, possibly adding anime-only content to fill in the gaps where the manhwa and webnovel were lacking.

With no confirmed date for Season 3, it seems that A-1 is going to take it slow and steady with this project. The fans can wait a year or two if it means their hopes will not be dashed. (We waited close to six years for Season 3 of One-Punch Man.)
For the studio, this is a good marketing decision as well. They can let the fans stir, and release occasional peeks into the improved quality animation periodically to keep the attention alive.
If a level 100 Jinwoo is already getting this level of visual quality (and aura farming), then the fans would be eagerly waiting to see what a monarch Jinwoo would be like. But that is still a long while away, and until then, we can only wait.
You can stream Solo Leveling on Crunchyroll.
