Two and a Half Men Character No One Remembers Is Played by Xena’s Lucy Lawless

Just like any other major show out there, even Two and a Half Men featured a string of famous celebrities making a special appearance. While fans loved Miley Cyrus and Allison Janney, actress Lucy Lawless also made an appearance on the sitcom.

Famous for her role on Xena: Warrior Princess, the actress actually played the ex-wife of a gay executive. While their marriage on the show didn’t last long, her brief appearance did add an interesting twist to the story.

And just like any other episode, Charlie Harper didn’t leave a chance to hit on her. Let’s dive deeper to know more about her role and the premise of the episode.

Lucy Lawless and her forgotten role in Two and a Half Men

Over the course of several years, Two and a Half Men remained the golden crown of the CBS network. Born out of the genius of Chuck Lorre, the show became an instant favorite as soon as it premiered in 2003. Whether it be Charlie Harper’s endless string of romantic mishaps or Alan’s never-ending streak of bad luck, the show thrived on comedic chaos.

And to add more to this, several celebrities also made guest appearances that further elevated its entertainment quotient. But one episode stood out from the rest—not just for its absurd premise but also for a surprising guest star. The celebrity was none other than Xena: Warrior Princess herself, Lucy Lawless.

She appeared in Season 2, Episode 18, titled It Was Mame, Mom, and while the main plot left everyone laughing and scratching their heads, the real show stealer was her role as Pamela. She was the ex-wife of Eric, who’s a big-shot gay advertising executive. In order to woo him and get more work, Charlie and Alan pretend to be gay themselves.

But as soon as Charlie meets Pamela, he gets completely distracted by her beauty. What followed after this was pure chaos—but comedy gold for the viewers. While the actress may have appeared for a very brief role, she made an unforgettable impression.

But given that her role was so minor, it does get overlooked quite easily. Had the show given her a bigger story arc, then viewers could have seen more hilarious situations between the two.

Are Charlie Sheen’s ex-wives as close as they seem?

Charlie Sheen had a remarkable acting career to his name, and at one point he was also the highest paid actor on television, via Yahoo. Along with the show, even his personal life was going strong with actress Denise Richards. However, due to several issues, they finalized their divorce in 2006, and two years later, he got married to Brooke Mueller.

Denise Richards also made a guest appearance on the show as Charlie's ex-girlfriend.

However, this marriage also lasted for two years, and they separated in 2010. Just a year later, Sheen was fired from Two and a Half Men when he went on a complete anti-Chuck Lorre rant, bashing the showrunner at every chance he got. While both his personal and professional life was derailed, his ex-wives did seem to get along with each other very well.

So much so that when Mueller went to rehab, Richards took care of her kids. Even when Richards launched her reality show, Richards & Her Wild Things, she made sure to include Mueller and invited her to a family picnic as well. While things looked good on the outside in an interview via People, Mueller revealed that her time on the show wasn’t what she expected.

Despite filming multiple scenes, she was barely included in anything and wasn’t even paid for her participation. She also added that this had surely caused some strain between her and Richards. Moreover, the actress is also not responding to her texts or calls. She said:

Denise and I have a little strain right now going on. When I see the episode[s], I’m not even really in it. And so I don’t know if she knows that I was significantly cut out and there’s that tension, or if she’s just really busy.

In the meantime, Denise Richards is yet to respond to this, and fans are eagerly waiting to see what would be her response to this situation.
