Angela Bassett’s Athena Grant being the only9-1-1 character in the Doctor Odyssey crossover actually made the event better. This was the first time the two hit Ryan Murphy TV shows shared the screen, but it likely will not be the last after Athena’s experience on The Odyssey. The crossover happened after Doctor Odyssey began moving into a more exciting genre, so the character overlap could not have come at a better time.
