Liverpool vs PSG preview
Bringing home a goalless draw would’ve been a tremendous result for Liverpool, having been comprehensively outplayed for much of the game in Paris last week.
To snatch a 1-0 lead is remarkable – and now they need to build on it in what is a huge week.
The league is pretty much wrapped up. The chasers will now be ensuring they secure top four after falling miles behind Arne Slot’s men.
The tie is still very much in the balance so they can’t even take one eye off things to focus on the League Cup final on Sunday.
PSG registered 27 shots at goal with 10 of those on target. Liverpool scored with their only shot on target from just TWO shots in the game.
Alisson was a big part of that and he’ll be needed in top form again with PSG in fine form and scoring another four goals in their win on Saturday as they too canter to league glory.

Much was spoken about Ousmane Dembele last week. While rightly so, they three in the PSG midfield were also very good in possession to keep it attack after attack.
