With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, entering a new era, they’ve decided to let fans in more on what it’s like in their household. With Meghan’s Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, she’s shown fans so much more of their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, including a never-before-seen photo of Lilibet, proving she’s a Daddy’s Girl!
On March 8, for International Women’s Day, Meghan shared a series of photos of strong women and girls to her Instagram account @meghan. She shared the photos with the caption reading, “Happy International Women’s Day! Celebrating the strong women around us & the girls with dreams who will become women with vision. Also thanking those who uplift us every day.”
While we get some sweet photos of Meghan’s mother and one of Harry holding a smiling Meghan, fans are going bananas over the third pic. In the third photo, we see Lilibet cuddling up to her papa, who’s sweetly kissing her on the head as they ride in a boat.
Not only do we love this sweet father-daughter moment, but it just shows Lilibet is such a Daddy’s girl!
For those who don’t know, Harry and Meghan started dating in 2016, and by April 2018, they were married in a beautiful royal ceremony. Since then, they’ve welcomed two children together named Prince Archie, born in May 2019, and Princess Lilibet Diana, born in June 2021.
In a previous interview with People, Meghan talked about her daughter, and how she hopes she’s inspired by the legacy she leaves behind.
“Being able to have my own little girl, as I’ve spent so much of my life championing the rights of girls and women, and to be able to see this as a multigenerational story — Archie is of course included in that, my husband is of course included in that — but I love the heritage feeling of it and knowing this is something that I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it’s like to be a working mom,” she said. “This is something that hopefully can be part of her legacy too.”
