Interior Minister inaugurates 3-member committee to review land exchange agreements and PPP

The Interior Minister, Muntaka Mohammed has inaugurated a three-member committee to review land exchange agreements and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements in the Ministry and its Agencies.

The Committee led by Member of Parliament for Asutifi South Hon. Collins Dauda will produce a report that will help to promote efficiency, cost-sharing, investment, and the use of critical expertise in the implementation of various programmes and projects.

Speaking at the inauguration, Muntaka Mohammed urged the committee to work diligently and assiduously to help the Ministry unravel those agreements and provide recommendations for future guidance.

On his part, Hon Collins Dauda who heads the committee expressed gratitude to the Minister for the trust. He assured that the committee will present a comprehensive report, capturing all concerns and recommendations, to guide the Ministry in its decision-making process.

The committee’s findings and recommendations will shape the Ministry’s future policies and decisions regarding land exchange agreements and PPP arrangements
