GLASGOW’S newest bar has launched – and it’s ideal for travellers.
The Noble has opened its doors on the city‘s Bothwell Street.

It boasts a hi-tech cocktail machine and a quirky menu.
And, in a genius move, bosses have also fitted a live train information board meaning travellers can enjoy their pint while checking if their service is running on time.
The new public house is the latest venture by Glasgow-based The Superlative Collection, which owns the likes of Maison by Glaschu, Gōst, The Duke’s Umbrella, The Clubhouse and Blue Dog.
It’s right across the road from Glasgow Central Station. So the 85-inch screen, displaying delay updates, is perfect for those on the rails.
When it comes to drinks, the speciality martini list is a stand-out.
This includes a hot honey martini, a passionfruit martini and a tomato martini, all made using innovative hi-tech Rotovap infusions to preserve the delicate flavours of the fresh ingredients used in their creation.
The Noble is the only bar in Glasgow making cocktails with this infusion technology.
Meanwhile, a menu of playful and nostalgic bar snacks has been designed to sit alongside their drinks, which include: prawn tempura with lobster aioli, a square sausage roll with brown sauce and anArbroath Smokie omelette.
Meanwhile, the breakfast menu- served daily from 8am-12pm – includes ‘The Best Bacon Roll in Scotland’.
The breakfast roll is a buttered milk bun with thick cut smoked bacon, bacon jam and slow cooked pork belly.
The Noble team say it reimagines the classic public house, drawing inspiration from the historic Noble House – a docklands tavern where everyone, from dockers to dukes, was welcome.
The interiors strike a balance between warm and sophistication – using a palette of deep burgundy, warm golds and soft neutrals to create a cosy yet refined atmosphere.
There’s lots of rustic exposed brick alongside velvet furnishings.
The launch night, held on Thursday, gave drinkers and diners a taste of what the pub has to offer with entertainment from husky-voiced Phil Campbell and the incredible Close Shave singing group.
Party-goers got to taste the clean, smooth martinis made with the hi-tech Rotovap – giving it a super smoothe texture.
And the food on offer was out of this world with shucked oysters served alongside square sausage wrapped in puff pastry.
If this taster was anything to go by, The Noble is going to be a staple on the scene for some time to come.
