“That would be kinda cool”: Helldivers 2’s Enemies Are Brutal, but This One Addition Would Turn It Into a True Nightmare

The enemies in Helldivers 2 are brutal and quite well designed. Players have been having a great time destroying enemy strongholds with their friends in the game ever since its release, over a year ago.

However, every good game needs constant maintenance to thrive in the long run, and so does Helldivers 2. Players have long wanted to see some variety in the enemies, including this one type, with the ability to obliterate from the skies.

Helldivers 2 will benefit from an even stronger foe

Flying units could be a great addition to the game, especially on the Bug front. The current flying units are restricted to the illuminated front only, and the flight is further restricted to jet packs.

Fans are now ready to face even more challenges in the game. Arrowhead should keep an open ear to what Helldivers 2’s player community is saying. They have been talking about increasing the challenge by introducing flying enemies, including a flying Titan.

A lot could be done by introducing flying enemies in-game. It would completely change the way players approach a mission or objective and add an extra layer of difficulty. Flying enemies would also enable developers to introduce anti-air weapons, adding to the dynamic nature of the game.

It would be a good addition, especially after the game has now been out for almost a year. Various combinations including ground-based hordes and aerial enemies would be interesting to witness. Various missions can be built surrounding it. All in all, it would be a great addition to the game. This game could be 2025’s biggest multiplayer hit.

This addition would add to the atmospheric horror of the game

Flying enemies will make another area in the map a threat, and players will always be vigilant about things happening on the ground as well as in the air. This would increase the atmospheric horror of the game.

However, it would be important to create balance within the game, since this addition might cause certain imbalances here and there. The developer, if it were to ever include this, should think it through so that it does not ruin the experience of the game but only enriches it.

It is important for a live-service game to keep coming up with fresh and exciting updates to keep players hooked onto the game, similarly, Helldivers 2 could also benefit from the same strategy. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments below.
