Mrs Hinch makes embarrassing admission about ‘most painful’ third labour but will ‘never say never’ to even more kids

SHE’D already been through labour and childbirth twice.

But Mrs Hinch has admitted that her labour before welcoming newborn son Vinnie into the world was the “most painful” of all of them.

The cleanfluencer, real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, became a mum of three on February 18th – with baby Vinnie joining big brothers Ronnie and Lennie.

And Sophie has been keeping fans updated on her social media pages ever since, taking to Instagram on Friday for a late-nigh Q&A session with fans.

One person asked whether the rumours are true – that babies “fly out” when you’ve had a couple before – to which Sophie insisted it was actually her “most painful and longer labour out of the three”.

“I was kind of hoping he would fly out too!” she joked.

She opted against having an epidural, but went with gas and air after being induced on the afternoon of February 17th.

And she used her Stories to shout out her husband Jamie and sister, who acted as her birthing partners.

“I just want to take a moment to say thank you to Jamie and my sister for being so amazing in the room with me, and the most incredible midwives that helped throughout – they know who they are,” she wrote.

“I’ll never forget the incredible care during and after birth. What angels they are!”

She concluded by writing: “PS – sorry for the screaming, and peeing on the floor after birth”.

Elsewhere in the Q&A, Sophie revealed how her big boys Ronnie, five, and Lennie, three, are coping with their new baby brother.

“I can’t even put into words how amazing they are with Vinnie,” Sophie said.

“In all honesty, I didn’t think they would be as interested as they are, but they are so, so in love with him.

“They run indoors to check on him after school, help change his nappy, tell me to ‘get my boobies’ out quickly when he cries.

“The genuine love and care they have for our Vinnie is just beautiful.”

And while Vinnie is her third child, Sophie insisted the “nerves and worry” that come with being a mum don’t decrease the more kids you have.

“But I’m definitely taking it in so much more third time round, the little details, the newborn bubble as a whole, because I know how fast time flies,” she added.

When did Mrs Hinch’s dad pass away?

Her father actually died on April 25, 2024, but his grieving daughter waited until she was ready to share the sad news with her fans.

In April 2023, Sophie revealed how she was taking a break social media after her dad ended up in hospital.

She said at the time: “My dad is in hospital at the moment guys. My dad has never been blessed shall we say with fantastic health – from his chest, his lungs, his heart.

“He’s always struggled you know.”

She heartbreakingly added: “I just want him to be happy.”

“And seeing our three boys together is a feeling unmatched.”

She concluded by admitting she wasn’t “prepared for the after pains after your third”.

“Jeeezz! When I’m feeding I swear I’m going into labour again!”

But the pain involved in childbirth isn’t enough to stop her thinking about having more kids.

Asked if there are any more Hinch babies on the horizon, Sophie replied: “Never say never!”
