The couple welcomed their first child, Jude, in 2023, and she shared a video of him on social media, eating some mixed seeds.

Montana penned: “Before I feed/show Jude his meal, I try to give him mixed seeds or nuts at his highchair to make sure I’m regularly giving them to him to avoid any allergens creeping in.”

The star went on to list the benefits, adding: “Thank me later ✨ also Jude initially never used to touch them, I used to put them in a pile on his tray and I used to eat them first.

“Then as he saw me eating them, he started to try and now he really loves them! Also he isn’t the biggest fan of vegetables unless they’re hidden in something so this is a great way to get some extra sources of nutrients.”

But despite Montana’s positive post, which saw her son enjoying the seeds, it sparked backlash among some fans.

One person wrote: “I thought no whole nuts or seeds before 3?”

To which Montana responded: “I mean I’ve given him seeds since I’ve weaned him.

“They’re so good for them and I’ve always given him all types of seeds from 6 months mixed in with yoghurt etc.”

Others called them a “massive choking hazard,” as one person wrote: “Is this not a choking hazard??”

Another echoed: “Why would you actively give him things that are a major choking hazard?!

“Yes they are good for them if they are grounded and mixed in to a yoghurt, NOT eaten whole and it’s negligent of you to post this making other mothers not aware of it being a choking hazard!”

Montana welcomed baby number two in January – a little girl named Miley.

Montana previously told how she struggled to conceive her first child, but fell pregnant just days after being reunited with Mark following filming of Celebrity SAS in 2022.

She confessed: “I was trying to have a baby for so long before SAS and literally in the few days that I got back I conceived.

“My body was obviously in peak physical condition. It was like clockwork.

“I wasn’t even stressed about getting pregnant. I genuinely think it was just because my body was at the peak of its physical fitness.

“You’re obviously on such a healthy diet. It’s just protein, carbs and healthy food. And it proves that physical exercise is so good for you.

“I think that show just reset everything. So yeah, an SAS baby.”

Montana and Mark went Instagram official with their relationship in October 2021, after keeping it under wraps for months.
