A CONTROVERSIAL bride from the last series of Married At First Sight has revealed that she was fighting for her life on the show.
Richelle, 48, shot to fame on the E4 show last autumn when she tied the knot with groom Orson, 41.

She then became the second bride to walk away from the show in just its first week.
And now she has broken her silence on the explosive reunion episode that aired earlier this week.
Sharing a snap of show co-star Lacey, Richelle penned: “I loved Lacey and Nathan as a couple. They were lovely together and I was sad when their relationship broke down and even more saddened to see the reunion edit.”

She touched on how she did not know the ins and outs of it, but said: “What I do know is that I was fighting for my life at one point during my last commitment ceremony.”
Speaking about her ex Orson, but failing to name him, Richelle said that he was trying to “cover up ‘squeaky bum time’ and make me look crazy”.
Richelle noted how “this went on for a while” until Lacey shouted out that one line: “We all know he lipsed Hannah!!”
She said: “And that was it. I could have cried with relief.”
“My last commitment ceremony was HORRIBLE in parts,” Richelle said before adding how “everyone else sat there lips sealed watching it all”.
“One of the other cast told me afterwards how Lacey stiffened up her body b4 shouting it out,” she penned.
“She put a stop to the tomfoolery. A shame the edit never showed what led to that (I wonder why) or you’d have seen it for yourself. She saved me so effortlessly.”
Defending Lacey and slamming the “edit” of the reunion episode, Richelle concluded: “So say what you want about my girl and her family.
“But I’ll tell you one thing… they raised a woman who had the balls to puff out her chest for another woman, in the worst conditions, when she didn’t have to and for that I will always be grateful.
“Love you babygirl.”
Commenting on the post, Lacey said: “Needed this! I love you so much!”

- Emma and James’ wedding in series 1. They were the first couple to ever get married on the UK version of the show. Emma and James, had a beautiful ceremony that set the tone for the series.
- The dinner party showdowns are always a MAFs highlight with explosive arguments and unexpected alliances forming.
Lacey went on to say: “I’m real genuine and always myself.
“People can say whatever they want I was with Nathan every single day for 10 weeks straight and fell in love.”
She then said: “Love you Richelle for ur post! I needed this as no one atm is thinking of my mental health and the damage of the editing it’s done.”
This comes days after the reunion episode aired on TV.
In the explosive episode, Lacey’s ex husband Nathan claimed she had told him to “fake” their romance for fame and “magazine deals”.
During their explosive row, Nathan slammed his ex for asking for a “showmance”, as Lacey repeatedly tried to change the subject.
Nathan even whipped out his phone and read one of the texts from Lacey, again asking for him to fake the relationship.
Some E4 viewers were convinced Lacey’s refusal to deny it, proves she did make the showmance comments to her ex husband.
One wrote: “Lacey is fake. This whole conversation just confirms it . Trying to save face and has not denied that she said that to him.”
