A WALL has collapsed following an explosion in near a Scots shopping centre.
Emergency services raced to the scene near to the Overgate shopping centre in Dundee after the alarm was raised at around 10.40.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said they had received reports of an explosion at the electricity sub-station.
It is understood the Overgate Centre is not affected.
