Mark Wahlberg Embarrasses His Teen in Typical Dad Fashion at a Parisian Luxury Store

Grace Wahlberg is currently feeling so. much. cringe., and we seriously feel for her. The teen went on what should have been an epic Parisian outing with dad Mark Wahlberg, but he quickly did what dads do best: Embarrass the hell out of their kids.

The Good Will Hunting star and his 15-year-old — who he shares with wife Rhea Durham along with kids Ella, Michael, and Brendan — are currently traveling around, the capital of France, and they made a stop at the original Hermès store. The luxury French brand is known for having a lot of products for horses and horse lovers, including designer clothing with equestrian patterns.

“You know this is the original horse drip store, right,” Wahlberg asked his daughter who was immediately embarrassed by his use of the Gen Z slang.

“We’re looking for the real horse drip,” he continued, as they stood outside the store that must have been such an exciting stop for Grace until her dad decided to be such a dad. “I’m gonna get me some horsey drip.”

Grace couldn’t help but shake her head and try to cover her face, encouraging whoever was behind the camera to “stop filming now.”

“Paris 🥰🐴🐎,” Wahlberg captioned the video.

Followers could tell just how uncomfortable Grace was with her dad’s attempt to fit in with her generation. “She looks like a typical teenage girl embarrassed by her dad. 😂,” one person commented. Another added, “I love how embarrassed Grace is…truly the best age.”

“She is so unfazed by the mothership store!!! 🤣,” one person commented, and we highly doubt that’s the case. Both of Wahlberg’s daughters are skilled equestrians.

During a 2023 appearance on The Tonight Show, the Marky Mark and The Funky Bunch singer talked about Grace “doing her thing” — traveling the world and jumping horses.

“Of course, she picked the most expensive sport possible,” he joked.

Even if the equipment and “drip” are expensive, the Marky Mark and The Funky Bunch singer clearly admires his daughter’s work ethic.

“And she takes so much pride in the little stuff,” he said. “She’s at the barn every day, shoveling poop … she’s up before me.”

So we would bet good money she was thrilled to be at the “original horse drip store.” She just must have been mortified by her dad’s painfully cringy choice of words.

From casual riders to professional equestrians, these celebrity kids are obsessed with horses.
