Eventually, she became the VP of food and beverage for Standard International (the company behind The Standard Hostels).
While she was excelling here, she felt drawn to a different path and shifted her focus towards personal well-being and helping others.
So, she left behind her stable and well-paying job and founded her own brand, bWithin. She now works as a certified hypnotherapist and transformation coach and specializes in holistic health. While she is popular herself, Dusic can also be seen cheering for her wife and her Top Chef role.
How did Kristen Kish and Bianca Dusic meet?
Both the ladies have a demanding working schedule but have a very effortless first meeting. The duo met for the first time in 2018 when Dusic, who was a corporate executive at the time, was assigned to help Kish open her Austin restaurant, Arlo Grey. Soon, their connection grew, and the duo started dating each other.
At the time, Kish was making waves in the restaurant industry, and Dusic was working as a big-shot corporate employee under The Standard Hostels. But even with their busy schedules, they found a way to make their relationships work. As emotions deepened, the Top Chef host realized that Dusic was the one that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with.
So, in September 2019, she popped the question, and Dusic obviously said yes. Now came the marriage part, and the duo had always envisioned getting married in the spring of 2021.
And despite the challenges of the pandemic, they stuck to their plan and exchanged vows on April 18, 2021. It was a sweet backyard ceremony at home, and the duo were surrounded by friends and family.
